" Hey Keith, I'm starting to feel hungry" Emily said upon hearing her stomach growl.
She pushed the thoughts of their relationship ending and instead focused on the happy moments she would have with him. Emily pulled the ribbon out of her hair and tucked it into her jeans.

Keith reached out and ran his fingers gentally though the loose strands of Emily's hair, loving how smooth and silky they where. Dinner should be soon. He told her, with a quick glance to the sky to see the sun setting.

Emily had allowed her eyes to close as he ran his hands through her hair. It felt akward and yet at the same time right. She smiled when he told her dinner would be here soon. Her head turned as the sun started to set. The sky was splashed with all sorts of colors. Emily stopped walking so she could look at the sky.

Summer just smiled at him.
Chris was surprised when Nanina kissed him but he quickly got over it and kissed her back then pulled away, "Is something wrong, Nanina?" he asked her quietly though he had really enjoyed the kiss.

Keith looked at Emily with a loving softness in his gray eyes. Cupping her cheek in his palm, he lowered his head to brush a soft kiss against her lips. Emily? His voice was quiet when he pulled away, smiling happily.
A laugh left Nanina and she shook her head, smiling at Chris. Nope. Everything is good.

Emily tilted her head and met the kiss whole heartily. Her green eyes held love and compassion as she gazed at Keith. She felt like she was drunk with love. Her hand came up and rested on the one that was ucpping her cheek.
" Yes?" Emily whispered with a smile slowly forming on her lips.

Esmeralda grinned. "I don't know," she confessed. "I haven't been here long enough to be sure, what with the accident and everything."
Roman didn't laugh or dismiss it. Instead, he thought quite seriously about the question. "How was it?" he mused. "It was...Brilliant. Beautiful. Natural." Then he smiled guilelessly, looking suddenly very amused with himself. "And completely, mind-numbingly terrifying. Was that how it looked?"

Xavier raised his eyebrows. "Accident?" He shook his head a little, probably for various reasons, and continued to look very confused. He probably sounded clueless and oblivious, and better yet, in front of girls. This was a known peeve of his and he didn't really like expressing it, but oh well. He shook the thoughts from his mind and smiled back at Summer.
Kahlilia smiled lightly and closed her eyes for a moment, letting the images swallow her mind. When her eyes opened again and she looked up at Roman, she smiled back and giggled that shy jingle bells giggle. "Yeah," She said quietly. "It was." She began to fiddle with her hair again for a moment, and then said after a short pause, "What kind of dad do you think Phoenix will be? I don't know... its been bugging me for a while now."

"Oh," mumbled Esmeralda, shoving her hands in her pockets. "That's right. You wouldn't have been here. Well, I was riding with a couple of the others. My horse had a mild attack of psychosis when someone decided it would be funny to start clapping and shouting, and I fell off." She grinned. "Cracked my silly head. But I'm all better now."
Roman gave an easy laugh, taking a plate from the pile and passing it to her. "Figures. He'd know how to humiliate me in front of a beautiful woman," he said lightly, not seeming to realize what he was saying. "Well, I don't think most stallions are highly involved in the parenting. He'll look after Ariel like he does the rest of his herd, probably, but I think it'll be Kelly who does all the actual raising."

Xavier blinked. Cracking one's head did not seem to be a mild situation, but he decided not to press the subject any further. "That guy must have been pretty screwed up to do something like that," He muttered, and then suddenly remembered how he had texted and talked to Nanina's boyfriend, or rather, completely told him off. The lightbulb went off in his head right then. Right before then, Nanina and himself had been washing the dishes and talking very akwardly. Now he knew the situation's aspects, but he kept his mouth shut. He was letting his mind 'digest' the newly found knowledge slowly. He didn't know how he felt about it yet, but he knew he needed to talk to Nanina soon. However, he stayed in place and let his fingers intertwine with Summer's again. "I haven't seen any guys other than Chris... did you see the guy?" He asked Esmeralda curiously. He doubted Chris would have done something like that, he didn't seem to be that kind of person. And of course, Xavier hadn't done it because he was asleep and texting Rebecca, his 'icky slutty' ex at the time.
Kahlilia smiled and said "Thank you," quietly when Roman handed her a plate. In a habitual way, she took an apple but actually put it on the plate this time. She figured Benvolio had been given enough snacks for today, and she remembered his food supply had been more than adequate. She blushed again when Roman mentioned the 'beautiful woman', but willed it from her mind by self-consciousness, and then smiled again. "Oh, okay." She said simply with an understanding nod. She wondered if Phoenix had any other colts or foals, but decided not to ask. Maybe he did and maybe he didn't, maybe they would find out. Who knew? They still had two - awesome - months to go.

"I wonder who it could have been, I know it couldn't have been Chris he was around here somewhere I think," Summer said quietly. Summer quietly held onto his hand and just smiled. She then thought about Nanina and wondered how long she was going to be mad at her.

keith traced the curve of her lips with his thumb and shrugged. I just like saying your name. He covered, feeling a little shy about what he wanted to say.
Yeah, if you want too. Nanina didn't meet his eyes when she said this, but a smile was on her lips.

Emily nodded her head and didn't press him further. She knew he will come out and say it in time when he was ready. Emily gave a gentle squeeze and began walking with him in tow.
" Come lets get to the mess hall." Emily said
