Remus screamed in Richard's head as Manji's weapons stabbed into him. He was fading. His concentration broken by the pain outside of Richard's mind. Before he left, Remus shook himself from the present illusions or thoughts Richard was having and ripped through his memories, leaving a physical pain in his skull. Richard tore himself from Richard's body and looked back venomously at Manji before turned half shadow and half sprinting, half flowing towards the labs. He was so close to his haven he could almost taste the sterile walls.
Drake shot a nearly surprised, but hurt look at Holly as he passed her, but otherwise ignored the thoughts screaming from her mind. He went with Lili to the boarded up and abandoned house, helping her in through the window. On the couch he sat down, pulling her down with him.

Richard, feeling the searing pain was still able to concentrate somewhat. He was too distraught to effectively keep up, but still managed to prepare something. Fueled with the sheer fury and insanity within him, He combined his Weapon together again and made such a vicious slash through the air, sending a speeding knock-back shock wave, breaking the sound barrier in the process.
"Don't forget your farewell present!!!", he yelled as he swung the heavy Lance.

Remus stumbled, but did not fall. He looked back to Richard and smiled, "And don't forget yours, Cousin." He lifted his arm and a shadow crawled up his leg and attached itself to his chest--started to violently dig into his flesh towards his heart. While Richard was distracted by the little demon in his chest, Remus fled into the Labs.

Richard was taken aback at the sudden appearance of the shadow demon, but wasted no time in erasing the little imp's existence with a p***k of a needle since he easily aimed at the existence dot. He looked back at Remus with a manic grin as leaned on his lance. "I'm going to enjoy killing him...I hope to meet him again, very, very soon."
His eyes reverted back to their usual color and Richard felt around his neck for all the puncture wounds that blob of shadow made. "I swear its like he gave me such mental stigmata..." he thought to himself. He pulled out the mini first aid kit and primarily tended to the shallow wound on his chest. He figured that he could take care of the small puncture wounds later. "Bloody friggin vampire..."

"Are you okay Richard? that looks pretty bad" Manji said retracting his blades with a wince and forcing them back into regular bones. "We should probably get you back to see Ivy..." he said "And we have to tell the others where he went... the base isn't safe anymore" He said placing a hand on Richards shoulder

Richard scowled as he heard Ivy's name, not because he didn't like her but because he didn't like the idea of her healing him. He didn't want her to strain herself. "No...she's done enough. This is my fight, my wound, my problem and I can deal with it myself." He turned his head to face Manji. "If its something I started myself, I'll take responsibility and finish it to the end." he then carried his Lance on his good shoulder and felt around his legs. At the most, they weren't injured. "Alright lets go back and warn Alex and the others." He took off first, not wanting to be too late. Above all else, he valued punctuality as one of his most important virtues.

Manji could understand Richards not wanting to strain Ivy He himself had planned to keep his broken bones a secret from her. Manji Altered his bodies shape for speed again taking off after the slightly faster Richard but quickly closing the gap Alex made him nervous bit If it was for the safety of the others Manji would talk to him.

When Alekssander reached the door, he saw Drake and Lili leaving as he entered. He was a bit intriuged, but he didn't say anything to them as they left. Inside, he only saw two more, both sitting at the table. Amelia and Holly were sitting right across from each other. He sighed, knowing what he must do, but dreading to have to actually do it. Taking a seat next to Amelia, who looked depressed and just plain depressing to look at, he wrapped an arm around her shoulder and brought her closer to him in a loose hug. He didn't try to say anything, for he feared he might say the wrong thing. Besides, Holly, who was sitting directly across from him, didn't look like she was in the best of moods...
Through her sobs, Amelia heard someone else come in the house. Hoping it was who she thought it was, she breathed a sigh of relief as he sat next to her and put his arm around her. Automatically, she felt better, just by having him near her. It was a funny thing how it worked, but it didn't bother her. Raising her head a little, she put an arm around Alex.

"They're getting away! Let's chase after them!" Yelled Kale.
"What?" Responded Jon. "Why?"
"'Cause, they're ECs. They might know where we can find Alex and them." added Rachael.
Kale nodded fast, he looked extremely impatient. "She's right. Let's go already!"
"Okay okay!" Agreed Jon hastily. Quickly, he turned to Mikayla. "Do you have any objections?"
Mikayla only gave him a sarcastic look as she folded her arms across her chest. "If we die 'cause of this plan, I'm gonna kill you, Kale."

Richard and Manji managed to make it back quickly but as they neared the door, Richard slightly stumbled and stopped outside the door. "It seems the wound bite marks are a little more than I can bear..." He pulled out his first aid kit and unraveled the last of the medical bandages and antiseptic wipes. "You go on first...I'll handle this out here. They could come at any moment."

Holly saw Alex put his arma round Amelia and longed for the same, but she was soon distracted by the excited emotions of who she felt to Richard and Manji. She stood slowly as she gazed at the door and slowly walked to it. She opened it and looked at Manji who definately had something to say, then to Richard who had a hole and blood on his shirt, but who was tending to another wound on his neck. "What happened?" she said, barely over a whisper. She knew soemthing bad had happened or was going to happen.
Ivy was behind Holly in a flash, her eyes flashing from Manji to Richard and back to Manji. She made eye contact with Manji and gave him this look of utter pity. It was evident she longed, needed, to heal the both of them. Her hands were already slightly outstretched to them.
Cliff wiped his face on the back of his sleeve, sniffled, and composed himself. He stood slowly from his desk and headed up the stairs--entering the growing cloud of anticipation at the door. "What's going on now?"

Hannah quietly agreed with her comrads and decided to follow the strangers who had taken-off so quickly. She followed as quietly and quickly as her little body could handle.

"I got into a fight with a shade. Turns out he's also a vampire.", Richard joked grimly, wiping the blood and the multiple wounds around his shoulder and neck with an antiseptic pad before bandaging them up.
"We've got a problem.", he summarized.

Manji made short brief eyecontact with Ivy somehow lastime she knew he was injured and he diddnt want to give it away this time. "He got away he headed straight for the labs hes probbably telling them all about our location right now... We have to leave" He said "Its likely theyre assembling a sweeper team as we speak" he gave his grim news as calmly as possible

"Remus? Oh God, I hadn't even thought about that. What are we going to do? I guess we could use..." Holly stopped at the thoguht of his name then continued, "We could use Pat's truck to take stuff, but where will we go? And what about Roman's body?" Holly was freaking out. No way was she going back to the labs--she'd rather kill herself. She tought breifly about how Rei ight have problems finding them again, but then brushed the thoguht away with the fact that he'd found her once, he could probably do it again.
Cliff's face turned red with anger. He didn't even say anything, but instead he stomped down the stairs to pack his things.

Remus made it into the head scientist's office, pushing his way passed the gaurds. He stood, bleeding, infront of the desk as he breathed hard and smirked.
"Is there a reason you have so rudely interrupted me, Soldier?" The man asked.
"I know were a good sized clan of ECs is. One of them is a recently escaped experiment of yours--one of the crazier ones." Remus said as he put his hands on the desk.
"And just where might this be?" The man asked as he leaned closer--intrigued.

"I know one place we could go but its not much better than here we would definately go down a step lifestylewise" Manji said It will be very uncomfertable for a while but its alot safer than here.

Richard stood up leaning on his Lance. "There is a Safe Zone...far from here. A place that The Labs can't reach...not without someone who came from there..."
He stopped for a moment thinking over what would happen. "We might be able to survive for a tad bit longer."
