Matt and Sarah sit in the springs enjoying the down time, it had been about 22 days since they had fled captivity, they had lost their pursuers and were now free to do what they wish. They had trained along the way and practiced their new powers, the experiments of their captors only made them stronger, and now they could get some time to decide what to do. But first, they would enjoy the alone time, so they could catch up on the pleasures that they had been denied while on the run. Matt swims over to his love and kisses her, it was going to be one hell of a night.

As Neo sat by his post. Suddenly he stood straight up. Thinking, Did I warn them that the closer of the two hot springs has leaches in it?... I... I think so... Then sitting down, Oh well, if tehy went into that one I'm sure they'll find out soon enough

Sarah laughs and looks in the hot spring next to them, glad that Star was good enough to sense that there were leeches in the spring, she reaches in and pulls her hand out with one on it. She grabs it and quickly removes it from her skin, then takes a stick, stabs it through it and puts it on the small cooking fire.
He and Sarah had already eaten but he had yet to feed Star, the leech when cooked was one of Star's weird favorite dishes. She had eaten some of the rabbit but it can be seen that she really desires the leach that is cooking. "So did you enjoy that as much as I did my love?"
"Of course I did Matt, after all you are so good when you do it, how could I not like it. Here you go Star." She tosses the food to her and she catches it in her beak. At this point they put their clean clothes back on and head back to the camp. Once they get back they look over at Neo and wave.

Kaome scowled at the rock and tossed it to the far side of the canyon. "I'm quessing this come from years of experience?" She sat up and looked over to where the stone landed.

"Have fun?" Neo stretched, it 's not comfortable to lean up against a wall for the entire night. Then yawning he added, "You didn't have a problem with leeches did you?"

"Actually, more like millium of not having anything to do." Then picking up a rock himself he tosed it up and down, "Life really becomes repetive after the first thousand years." Then tossing it he threw it so hard it made a small crater on the other side of the valley, "And when ever I get angry, I tend to do that."

"No, not really. Star told me before we got in that one so we managed to avoid it, oh and of course we had fun." Star, his Peregrine falcon lands on his glove and looks at him, he then looks over at Sarah and winks. "We got a spare tent if you want to use it, that or the third sleeping bag."

Kaome whistled at the sight of the small crater. "Remind me never to get on your bad side," she said. She then layed back down and started to think. "I wonder what Kaliman wanted when he sent the troops here...Did he want to see how many people live here or something?"

He points up to the top of a tree, "As you can see I have a house, I just agreed to watch for intruders tonight," Then pausing for thought he added, "You'll probably be asked to do guard duty about once every two months if you are able to." He streched, "It's always so quiet whenever I get watch duty..."

"Ha! Yeah I'll remind you." Then adds. "The way Kalman is he wants to control as many people as posable, my guess from the stragedys he uses is that this fleet was sacraficed so he could see how quickly we could kill 'em." The grabing a pebble he throws it up and down. "Ruthless, but horriably efficient."

"Oh, alright then, well if we need to stick around we will but we probably won't. Well, goodnight." Matt ducks inside after Sarah and he zips the tent shut, you see a small light inside and then after 3 minutes it goes out.
