OKAY, SO
i started up ff8 because reasons
and so far
i guess it's a dating sim???
i mean
look at how much of this game centers around having a gf
characters literally become useless without one
but like
i can see how shiva might qualify for a good girlfriend
she clearly cares enough about you to stop by and flash freeze a bunch of asshats when you ask her to
but come on
ifrit isn't even a lady
and quetzal is a goddamn ********' bird
birds do not make good girlfriends
they're ********' birds

My first couple of playthroughs when I thought wallowing in self-pity like you're the only goddamn person in the world with problems or regrets was a deep and complex thing to do as opposed to insufferably angsty, she was my favorite character.

spoilers irvine is the best Honestly, the most I've seen of Quis-tits so far is her bugging the s**t out of This-Game's-Weather-Pattern-For-A-Name by predicting what he's going to say. Not really enough to make a detailed assumption, to be honest. I'd put money on the idea that Zell doesn't really get much deeper than he currently is, though.

They're fewer and farther between than most of the other characters, but they're there. Selphie is in the same boat derp-wise.

Skaeryll NSMB2 shoulda had online co-op. =/ I agree 100 percent. The Wii one should have had it, even. Every time they fail to include it, it kills me a little inside.

Bahamut's too high maintenance. great tits though

As a rule of thumb, I think every game that has co-op should have online co-op these days.
