@Ota: Maybe you should get a relaxing habit. Like, take up origami or get a massage machine. Something quiet, not too challenging, and calming. This happens to you a lot, so it seems to me like you're missing an outlet. I'm no psychology major, but yeah. ._.'

otawara And I'm just so damn angry... Anger isn't something you can just stop. I generally let mine run its course and then just feel tired afterwards. From what I can tell about you, though, that course seems to run far longer than mine. Anger is something that can be put to use. Good outlet: write out a rant explaining all your frustrations, down to the last specific detail. Not good enough? Rip up the paper and burn it.

I'm a pretty calm person anyways, so it's easy enough for me to say that I let my anger just dissipate away. But for a lot of people it's better to put it to some use.

I don't feel like Origami is relaxing at all. I can't do anything like that...I get all flustered and angry that I can't do it.
I get through anger by confronting what I am angry about and also ranting about to a few people. If I don't rant, I won't feel better.

Amber has been, Mondude used to, and Rivlen makes use of some areas.
