Nekozawa helped her to her feet after she fell, and smiled once more from beneath his hood. Beelzenef turned towards Cunning first, followed by Nekozawa, the smile gone from his face. "Cunning-chan's birthday? I missed it?" Nekozawa's cape slid across the fancy flooring of their corner, until he was closer to her. "I will make the best tea I am able, in honor of your belated birthday. I am glad to hear it was a happy one for you. 'Happy belated birthday.'" Nekozawa busied himself with the tea, still not a master at it, but trying as hard as possible, and then some. He gave a small smile to his friends. "We could still celebrate, you know... some birthday parties are not the day of. Let's throw Cunning-chan a little party... shall we? It's the very least we can do for our wonderful friend." Nekozawa's smile expressed his emotion, but Beelzenef showed his glee over the prospect of celebrating their friend by wiggling in dance.

Nekozawa blushed a deep pink, and Beelzenef kindly pushed his face further into the darkness by pulling his hood forward. "Well, Cunning-chan. I wouldn't like to throw you something that you wouldn't like. So how about every tea-party we have this week is in honor of you. We will have a 'Happy Cunning-chan's Birthday Week.'" Beelzenef placed his hands together like he was begging, and returned her kiss to the cheek. "Not... not a good birthday, you say? That is even more reason for us to wish to bring you joy."
