Thats why, You don't have a guaranteed speed of 31 at 50 because the Calc only shows you the 50% Whats it's description? (Likes to thrash about I'm going to assume) the Guy in the battle tower lobby can tell you your best IV

Jerz, in the Battle tower the Judge will tell you something like "fantastic in that regard" as well as telling you your best IV, and You do not have a 31 in either Attack or speed. Refer to this to show how to check IVs based on descriptions, then just use judge to determine

And with that (assuming you had a Jolly/ Speed enhancing Nature) Jerz, Jirachi outspeeds Garchomp I thank god for the 31 in speed.
the only speed thing that I question is Aerodactyl >.< Mine Outspeeds Arceus, so the fact that Jirachi attacked first confused the hell outta me.
Edit: Lol, good Luck Jerz, I could tell you how to get Max in both. but it'd take a lot more breeding then Natures do. and it'd be luck.

Hmmmm, At 100, it might not outspeed... but that would mean you have a right terrible Speed IV, I assume it's EVd in attack and Speed, and Adamant Nature?
