Kyoshi nodded, walking at a quick pace back to where everyone was staying in since this whole nightmare started. Getting back he saw that Nyx, Acario and Hibachi and even Joker were gone. Looking at Eldin he frowned. "What happened here?" He asked, gentling his tone to not freak the young elf out.
Joker and the others had moved the body out of the cell and were making their quick pace, thanks to the many hands carrying the dead weight of the demon with them, out of the elven lands and straight to the hospital to put the body on ice.
Gambler arrived in good time with her whole self numb from top to bottom, inside out. She showered and put on her normal suit with sunglasses, having called everyone to a secret location that not even the author could write down for the readers to know about and had her meeting with everyone.
Left and right, the woman was ordering the following things she had thought about to be done as quickly as possible, having Bank stand next to her and doing all the calculations of how much to take out to spend. Bank also made a separate calculation for the quiet funeral they were going to have for Monty that only those that knew the demon would attend. Even a few demons would attend for respect.
Everything was going to go her way this time, now that the main bad guys were gone for a while before the next ones come around knocking on their door. Oh yes, and if she wasn't going to get her way this time around, there was going to be serious hell to pay worse than what Sin had in mind.

Jumping a bit, Eldin softly bit his lip as he shook his head. Was he supposed to tell him? He didn’t know for sure but soon he was sighing, “I… I don’t think the three of us are going to be with your all’s group much anymore.’ He looked sad about that but he repeated the things that had happened between rave and Gambler, mostly what he heard. “none of us saw this but… we could hear it. I heard the words that Rave and gambler said most, though and… I… I’m worried about her more than Sir Rave. Physically she’s fine now, but mentally?” Eldin shook his head. No, she wasn’t at all mentally alright. Not at all. He sighed again, running a hand through his hair. “The others um… went to go take care of Monty…”
“Rave, come on, please talk to m- damn it!” Dusk nearly screamed as Rave disappeared in shadows, able to move faster than Dusk when it came to using the element. Shaking her head again, she grumbled for a moment, beginning to just walk back. There were some things that she needed to do, some people to meet with… and it wouldn’t be worth it to chase down Rave if at the moment she had more important things to do. Hopefully he would be okay but… she still worried.

Kyoshi stared at Eldin as if the young man just grew another head. "What?" He asked in disbelief, a thankfully different reaction from him yelling that word out like he normally does. "Is Gambler still in the room?" He asked, looking at the opened door that lead in there but couldn't hear nor feel her presence in the room. Damnit...Why not? Why them? The angel had been secretly rooting for them to be the only couple without problems. But it seems it wasn't meant to be.
Everything was moving swiftly, once Monty was buried six feet under Gambler was going to give a set of tasks for Kyoshi to do once he had a chance to leave Dusk's side. After all she was going to make him an ambassador of her's and for the other allies who aren't close enough to the elven nations and she wanted her friend to at least have some sort of respect among those fiends. It was a tedious task but she needed to make sure that her insurances here and in other investments were taken cared of accordingly.

Eldin bit his lip as he shook his head some, “No… No, I think she left with that um… you guys can turn invisible and all that…” He hadn’t heard anything and it had suddenly gotten so quiet in the room. That could only happen with a handful of ways and that was something that he knew the others could do. Shaking his head some, he looked down for a moment, not liking to admit that he was pretty much useless in this situation. “I don’t know where Sir Rave went either… if you’re here then that means that the meeting is over… and he looked angry when he left…” Well, not angry but silent and deadly; that scared Eldin more. “Where um… where is Princess Cecilia?”

Kyoshi nodded. "Dusk went to talk to Rave but I'm sure she won't get nothing out of him and if I find him, I might want to punch his face in." Yeah but he might not get close enough seeing as everytime he had a snappish remark about Rave he would get Dusk mad at him, even if he was being very honest.
"Alright. I'm going to go out and check on things from Joker's side and Gambler. I want you to stay here and just not look so damned flustered." He smiled slightly and patted Eldin's shoulder, showing the first signs of being nice to the elf. "I need you to be alot strong than that. I know you got some bite in you so don't worry too much okay? Can you do that?"

Eldin nearly flipped, “I-I wouldn’t… no! Just… not here… everyone dislikes you enough here… and with Sir Rave angry now…” which was scary in its own right, “then I’m sure that it’d end up um… end up bad…” Plus with Dusk more than likely flipping out on him if he did that… but then Eldin was sighing as he nodded a bit. “I know I do but… still…” There was enough bite around this place and it was that bite that was causing all of this hell around them. The situation had been enough but now they were all getting snappy and insane-er, and it just wasn’t working out. He sighed some, running a hand through his hair as he frowned, “Hey um… with Monty… are you all having a funeral?” Eldin didn’t want to go, and he didn’t plan on going unless he felt compelled, but Kalore…

Kyoshi sighed and nodded. "I know Eldin. I'm trying this new thing to not do that stuff okay? Calm down." Sheesh the kid needed to be toughen up a bit. Just not too much because he needed that cuteness to get away with murder. Anyways, Kyoshi shrugged at the elf's last question. "I can go check once I find Dusk or you can let her know I went to check things out over there. Plus, since there was some damage done I want to know if there is anything we can give to you guys to help not only because we want to but also as a sign of something peaceful between the two worlds." He said, crossing his arms.

Sighing softly, Eldin ran a hand through his hair. He knew that he needed to calm down a bit more, that he needed to stop being the kid of the group but… it was going to be difficult. Taking in another breath, he gave the barest of smiles. “It… It’s alright. I’ll tell her. I need to finish some things here, Kyoshi, sir, but please do what you need to do in the Area, then.” Some habits died hard, but at least he wasn’t calling Kyoshi ‘Sir’ Kyoshi again, like what he used to. He was getting better. Sighing again, he turned and went to Raul, kneeling down as he checked some things. “Just a few more days and you should actually be fine.” The man had woken up, nodding some. “Yeah, yeah…”

Kyoshi nodded and walked off but then stopped. "Eldin, give Dusk a kiss for me alright?" He smirked to himself and hoped the boy had some nerve to do it because Kyoshi didn't like leaving without giving a kiss to Dusk. However, because of the circumstances of how everything ended he needed to check up on Gambler, Joker and the funeral arrangements.

Eldin’s brows raised as he had to roll his eyes, waving him off as Raul gave a low laugh, “Interesting.” But he said no more, watching as Eldin walked off, poking his head in Kalore’s room where he saw Kit. “Miss Kit?” The blonde glanced over, tilting her head to the side. “Does he need anything? Do you need anything?” The barest of smiles was on Kit’s features as she shook her head, “No, Eldin… I’m fine, I promise.” She sighed again, laying back. “Is the princess back?” Eldin shook his head, “No ma’am.” Sighing again, she nodded before moving so that she could just relax some more. “Alright… thanks.”
He nodded, moving to get back to just cleaning some things up, mostly cleaning Dusk’s bedroom. It wasn’t easy but… it was this or just sit around and do nothing as Dusk found the numbers of what all needed to be fixed and the others worked on Monty’s… Monty’s dead body.

Kyoshi made good time in getting to the hospital to check up on Joker. Finding the doctor he entered the room that was reserved for preparing the dead and paled when Joker had his mask on with gloves and a group of other would-be doctors. "Scalpel...Clean...Scalpel...Clean...Needle and thread....Good..." Kyoshi frowned as he saw bits of red hair spilling from the cover as Joker and the others went hand deep into the chest cavity of the body.
"Joker! WHAT THE HELL MAN?!" He snarled thinking that they were operating on the dead Monty to take the heart or whatever other organ that would be used for a donation. Just think, if Monty was in ghost form and watching this he would be pissed off too. Joker stopped and looked up. "Your contaminating the area. Get out." He said, looking down at what he was doing, sewing up the chest back together.
The man didn't leave until the others did and was left with Joker and the body who he assumed was Monty. "Why would you so quickly operate on Monty? The man died peacefully damnit." Joker looked at him as if he was insane. "What?" Kyoshi pointed at the body. "Monty. Hello? Remember the demon who's supposed to bring on the end of the world? The one who just died?" Joker blinked some more and then laughed wildly. "That's not Monty you idiot. That's a different body. Monty is still on ice and being ready to be sent to his family."
Kyoshi felt like a idiot this time. Breathing a sigh of relief he nodded. "Okay. Good. Are you doing okay?" Joker nodded, getting into detail of his mental state and when asked where Gambler was the man shrugged. "You can check her office. I just received the funds for those who have been injuried during the mass of hell coming through so no doubt she's having her guys get things quickly started." Nodding to that, Kyoshi turned around with a wave of good bye and on the hunt for Gambler.
It took a while since he had to search all the old haunts of Gambler, the woman liking to change her location of her offices every so often to keep any enemies off her trail, he found her in the ever poorest slums of the city. Going up the broken stairs to the top floor he knocked on the door. No one said anything. Knocking again he stated that it was him. The door opened and he entered watching Gambler work furiously over her papers in such a short time of coming back from her own personal hell.
"Hey Gam." The woman nodded her head and continued working. Sighing some Kyoshi walked over and sat in a chair across from the large table. "Look, I'm not going to ask what happened because I was told. Don't let it get to you alright? If anything I'll tell him off or something." Gambler stopped writing and layed down her pen to look up at Kyoshi with a cold brown eyes. "Kyoshi. I want to give you something and I hope that it elevates your status among those people." She handed him a piece of fine parchment paper with fine cursive writing.
Kyoshi read everything, each line making his eyes widen bigger and bigger. "Are you serious?" Gambler nodded. "I'm dead serious. It's something I've been wanting to do and something that I've already presented to the others during my time out of the city. They agreed that someone who knows about the other areas and have been a great hitman, you would be a reasonable and passionate representative as our ambassador since they are incapable of providing one themselves."
"As such this better put you up with some form of respect because so help me they wouldn't like me when I'm mad that one of my own has been insulted by big headed, large eared idiots who would turn a blind eye on those with money and power." Kyoshi stared. "I thought you liked the elves." Gambler gave him a glare. "After witnessing these beings I would rather surround myself around vampires and scum of the earths than them. After all one of them had a hand in the deaths of my boys and the other in the death of Monty. You think I would continue being blinded by them?"
Sighing some he didn't question her further on that and took up the conversation on Monty. "Are you going to have a funeral for him?" "Yes and no." "What?" "I will however it will only include those that have associated themselves with him and then he will be sent to his family. Therefore yes but not with his body." Kyoshi frowned. "So that means I can't let Kalore be invited?" "No." Kyoshi stared at Gambler in disbelief. "Why the hell not?!"
"It was brought to my attention through Joker of what went on while I was in another place and it's apparent that none of them liked the demon nor respected him. Yes he is a b*****d and a few other words however he was a warrior and was more than met the eye. They don't like any of us despite us cooperating with them and involving them as equals. Obviously they are so blinded by themselves that they didn't stop to think that perhaps the disrespect they have shown us constantly was completely out of line. None of them are allowed here unless it is Dusk for political purposes. Other than that, no one, not even her advisers or your little friends. If they are sighted here without my knowledge and permission I will kill them on sight and make it so that they would wish for a quick death."
Kyoshi just stared more at Gambler and nodded. The woman didn't say anything further than that and went back to writing on another piece of paper. "Gam, please, don't do this to Kalore. Him and Monty...-" "Is over and done with. Maybe this will toughen him up a bit. Or maybe this will teach him to never take things for granted and to know the differences between fact and fake. The elf should have known by now that the demon wouldn't have sent him on fire. There was no trust in the beginning so Kalore is free from having Monty hurt him again. This time he should be grateful." Her voice was cold just as her gaze and pointed to the door for Kyoshi to leave.
"See yourself out and if they want to question the amount of authority and power you have then summon up a meeting with all of them in one place. Rest assured I will bring my people and hope they bring theirs. It would make for a interesting United Nations of sorts." Gambler had a smug expression that wasn't really a happy sort of smugness but a evil type that would possibly be better on a villian rather than Gambler, his normally happy-go-lucky insane partner in crime. "Alright Gambler. I'll let them know that everything is okay and what's been decided to Dusk." With that, Kyoshi left the office and started to make his way back to the elven lands to the palace to find Dusk and let her know that Gambler wasn't Gambler anymore.

Things were actually going pretty well. Sighing softly, Dusk had changed back into her normal assassin-chic outfit, sitting on the desk as she was surrounded by papers upon piles of papers. It wasn’t a fun situation to be in, but she was making progress. The numbers weren’t as large as she had thought that they were going to end up being, and Dusk was sure that she could get some form of bridge or something between the two cities in order to stop something like this from happening again. With the ties of the two groups, which she didn’t know were now gone, it seemed like if there was a problem in one city, it bled over into the other… it would be best if they could just find some form of communication or something like that in order to keep them together and working better.
But, that was all the easy stuff. Now she had to think of what to do with Eri’s club. Tearing it down wasn’t something that she wanted to do, but she was thinking of giving it to Kalore or someone to just use and turn into a better club. Harl needed to be cleaned up and she wanted to work on that while she was cleaning up the rest of her city. It wasn’t going to be easy but… maybe it would be a good project to get everyone’s minds off of all the things that had ended up happening lately. She figured that it was better than twiddling their thumbs as they watched the damage staring and sneering in their faces…
Sighing softly, Dusk was leaning back as she continued to look around, glancing out the window as she frowned some. It was going to suck if she had to continue all of this on her own. Rave still hadn’t been found, however, though she knew that he would show up on his own, and Kyoshi didn’t really know enough about elvish politics to be of too much help there, but he could help with ideas on reforms, right? She figured that that would be okay… but there was also the issue with her own people. Dusk had made sure that Raul had been sent to a hospital, Eldin following and helping with those that were there. The Chess’ were being taken care of back in the upper Areas, and Ziggy and the rest of her group were back in their base in Area 6.
She looked out the window still, frowning some. Things were going to get better and she wanted to change things but… there was just so much to change. It wasn’t going to be easy, and little did she know that someone had just made it a lot harder.

Kyoshi made it to the office of Dusk, yet he took his sweet time in doing so. The man was wrestling with his loyality to Gambler as her long time friend and other half in terms of angel politics but also torn by his love and respect towards Dusk. If anything he would want to be the middleman between the two since after his meeting with his former boss, it was obvious she wasn't going to be seen unless it was completely necessary.
Straightening his shoulders he knocked on the door and waited for Dusk to give him the okay to enter. The last thing he wanted was to interrupt a private meeting that could be all the more difference if he was there or not in getting Dusk's way. Oh boy was she going to be livid when she hears his news.

Blinking a bit in surprise, Dusk glanced up as she heard the knock on the door. Putting down the paper in her hand, she sighed softly, “Come in.” If it was an official then they weren’t going to like her sitting on the desk, but they could all kiss her a**… she had really begun to lost interest in playing to what it was that they wanted. But, hopefully it was going to be Kyoshi or Rave… preferably Rave because he could help her with all of this but if it wasn’t and it was Kyoshi then that had its own perks. She smiled just a bit at the thought, stretching some as she yawned. She needed a distraction.

Kyoshi entered and closed the door, having a grim look as he walked over to Dusk. "You look exhausted. Before you take a break I have some news that your...Not going to like." He said, having a bleak look, starting from the beginning in Joker being alright while also mentioning that Nyx was staying with them for a while and Acario had left back to his area to return to his own job, to his meeting with Gambler.
"Now, you have to promise not to confront her or anything alright? Please?" He pleaded. Kyoshi never pleaded and yet he did. Right here. Right now. Taking a deep breath, the angel went into what was said, handing her his formal papers of his position while also leading into what Gambler's rules were to the mention of having a United Nations of sorts. Had this been any other time Gambler would have joked about it but she was dead serious if they didn't take Kyoshi's spot seriously and her laws just as seriously.
