Goddamnit, so Croix Coldheart is still around? And Croix Hunter is still missing? FAGS.
Also, what I meant in my PM is that there's no problem YET but I can pretty much guarantee he's not going to let me destroy his weapon and I'm not going to let him keep the weapon from being destroyed, so it's an arguement of magic vs. magic which we won't be able to solve. Thus, I figured you might as well be warned and ready so the battle doesn't slow any.

How the hell would a draw happen? A double disqualification or suicide victory, maybe, but a regular old draw?

Binatica How the hell would a draw happen? A double disqualification or suicide victory, maybe, but a regular old draw? No clue, but, If not, then some matches in Barton are gonna last... a looooooooong time. xD The draw itself would be easy enough to call, after several days of niether side gaining an upperhand on the other... But, how would the advancement be handled? You know as well as I do that there are some people here who will have to be dragged out of the arena, and if two of them pair up.... For example! 2Hawt4u: -Insert Attack- 3Hawt5u: -Insert defense and counterattack that *IS* perfectly logical- 2Hawt4u: -Same- Etcetera.

Yeah, no draws. If it comes to that, both are booted outta the tournament.
And I gotcha, Gel. It's funny, because he PM'd me about it too, but I'm siding with you on it. It's kinda iffy, but with a 'magic expert' who's just as 'pure' as he is, I don't see why #1 your character shouldn't be able to not be affected by the 'purity-checking' defenses first of all, continue making the incantation, deal with the energy coming out to destroy her as it comes with a character that can probably even perceive and feel mana weaves (or whatever you want to call it), then still destroy it. That's how I'm gathering it at least.

Shilon, if there actually is a match like that, then I want to read it. So it's only a good thing. One way or another, matches will end.

Hell, if it comes down to it, under her current backstory she's more "pure" than he is, since I can't recall a single instance of her intentionally harming anyone without being forced into it by other members of the Circle, and she entered the tournament for the same reason; Arch, on the other hand, seems independent, and entering a fighting tournament on his own and trying to harm Tinanitico through his own will would invalidate any innocence he has, as well as killing HIM because she's perfectly innocent. Or something like that, I don't really care to work out the logistics lest he s**t his pants and it falls out his pants leg into the arena.

If they didn't go to their match they'd both be booted and a bye would have to go forward, which is happening for one of the matches in the FFA Branch.

It's rather interesting, but I like the fight that I'm currently in. Even though it seems that autos have occured, we allowed it for a great RP to go on.
I love it.
