My attorney called me today, and we've finally decided on a settlement amount! blaugh I guess they finally got scared and realized we were serious when he filed the 'ready to go to trial' paperwork. Cause before, at the mediation, their offers were an insult and a joke, and the claim adjuster for the other side seemed completely unprepared. stare
So within 4 weeks, I'll have the money in pocket to get my debt paid off, pay back my mom for draining her savings over the years, I can take a chunk out of my school loans, and afford to take the Master Bodyworkers Program!! rofl

Penquin apocolypse? Does that mean we now have to live in a state of perpetual winter since they don't like warm weather? Meaning I will no longer be able to go to the beach and sit out in the warm sand while enjoying the hot sun? Thats it, where's my flame-thrower! Time for some roast artic fowl.
