Touché Joshua, touché. He only really has control of stone right now what with all that genetic business. Depending on how Max's arc goes he might take on earth in its entirety, just 'cause if I add that onto the Shadow stuff he's packing right now it'd be too much.
B'ya, avatar fight would be hardcore.

Leviathan really is sort of... avatar central. At least in the Leviathan storyline.
...yes, we do have our own sort of world storyline here, which is what makes Leviathan > so many places. I mean, sure we've got badasses up the wazoo, but we also have those community-recognized top-tier people (aka: avatars).
In WoG, the class systems were written in a way that the top rank for each class was only allowed to have 1-2 people in the world qualifying for that. For mage (elementalist) classes it was called the Avatar of that element. We really sort of have that here... Overall strength aside, not counting for 'who would win in a fight against who', we've sort of got a heirarchy of elemental power strength going on in this place.
Like with Fire it's something like:
1. Vahn 2. Sunstrike 3. Silver . . . 30. Ryugi

Shouyin B'ya, avatar fight would be hardcore. Which means we'd either send you out into the badass forums of the world to find your nemesis and defeat them... or have some climactic battle with one of us plottingly guys GMing a Stone Colossus or something...

themightyjello Vahn Kyonuske To be honest, I'm wondering if GTB should be canonical or not. Shouyin asked me a good question on MSN and I don't quite know how to place GTB in my timeline. I'm treating it sort of like 'The Movie'... where it's not canon with the series, but it takes place in an abstractly defined period in the series timeline but none of the events from it really carry over to the series since it was just a fanboy wetdream. Basically my guys are there for canonical reasons, will act like it's canon, but nothing will be resolved in the end and it'll be like it never happened. I think you have the right idea.
