That depends on what you mean by "Special" IV/EV? No, I would but I don't understand the whole system of determining it. Male/Female? Yes. Shiny? If it pops out shiny, Congrats. If not, oh well. haha I know some people who do breed Shinies but I don't Specifically breed for Shiny Pokemon. Edit: but If you don't care what comes out of the egg I will just give you the egg.

just thought I'd ask. I generally do IV breeding, particularily Hidden Power breeding for people. But business is hard to come by... I wish there was a clear way for me to tell if it would really be against gaia ToS to charge gold for my services... sweatdrop as I don't need anything in game so its really not much motivation for me to do it. I don't think it should be, people are allowed to commision art and pay for it, so I don't see why I shouldn't be allowed to set up a breeding shop... I need to look into it further.
