Vincent Silverdust Vince was speechless when he saw the inside of the tent. "I didn't think this place would look so beautiful". He said. "Hey i thought we were going to were i am going to stay"? He asked with amazement in his voice. Without replying, Alruna walked over to one of the flaps that had no silver design on it. She took Vincent's hand and pressed it against the flap. As he did so, a large silver wolf would begin to print itself onto the flap. She had a feeling that Vincent would get the implication.

Vince looked up as he did silver peaces of something shiny but soft was landing on his arm that was falling from the flag. "What is going on"? Vince asked.

"When Kestral inducted you into our clan, you became one of us, what is ours is also yours. This is your home, your refuge. When most people put their hands against this enchanted wall, a human that looks like them carves into it. But you, you have formed another creature, a wolf from the looks of it. Can you transform into a beast, Vincent?" Alruna said with indescribable interest.

In our clan, 'spirit beasts' are held in high regard. I think that we may be able to make some headway with the villagers if we show them that you can transform, you might even become an Elder one day." Alruna said.

Kestral had walked to the other side of Kurai. He was looking for the island's ore refiner, Jhinzo. Jhinzo kept up an outpost at the entrance of the mineshaft where the Kuraian miners searched for rare types of alloys, ores, minerals, jewels, and crystals. The staple of which was Obsidian. It was a powerful alloy that was strong enough to cut through steel easily, but Adamantium was much stronger and contained a much higher potential for enchantment. As he walked along the shore, Kestral came across the beachfront entrance of the Kurai Mineshaft. Six Kuraians were loading composite ores and metals into their caravan which was preparing to head back towards the town. One of the miners noticed Kestral.
"Sir Kestral? To what do we owe the honor?" he asked.
"There's no need for the formalities, where's Jhinzo at?" Kestral replied.
"Well, I think he's in the outpost, is something the matter?" the other man asked.
"No, no, it's nothing like that, I need him to cut a stone for me. I know he's the only one with enough skill to perform the task. Don't let me keep you from your work." He said to the miners as he walked away. The miners did their strange salute towards him as he walked a little ways farther to the mining outpost. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kestral knocked on the door to the outpost then entered. There sat Jhinzo, hard at work as usual with his books and schematics out, his hands were covered in black grime like any miner. This strange man was one of the most amazing refiners the demonic world had to offer, and Kestral needed his assistance.
"Jhinzo! How are you my old friend?" Kestral said, holding his arms out in embrace.
Jhinzo looked up and was shocked to see Kestral. Apparently he had not noticed his knocking. He hugged Kestral quickly and then went back to his seat at the table with the schematics and tools.
"Kestral my good sir! Things are well here, it's good to see your face again! What brings you back home to Kurai?" Jhinzo asked, studying a strange piece of alloy.
"Well, I figured it was a good time to come home." He decided to skip the details of Vincent's induction so as not to stir Jhinzo's emotions. "Say, I need a favor from you..."
Jhinzo put down the strange alloy and looked at Kestral from the side of his eyes. "And what might that be?" He said, skeptically.
Kestral shifted uncomfortably, Jhinzo was never the easy type to ask for things. He didn't make much money and he was always busy with the mining so he didn't have much time for trifling matters. But this was important. "Well, I need you to refine and cut a stone for me... I think that the task in itself will be quite a reward. Of course I'll also offer you payment."
"Keep your charity, I'm busy. There are much more important matters I must attend to than that of an Elder's personal dilemma." Jhinzo said. He was about four years younger than Kestral but he had the wisdom of a Sage, coupled with the attitude and pride of a fighter.
Kestral pulled out the Ultimite. The candles that lined the room caught it in such a way that it would be impossible to ignore. Jhinzo's eyes went wide with excitement and wonder. Without a word he scrambled over to Kestral and took the precious ore.
"I... I... It must be cut! I must refine it and cut it so that it can be used to it's potential!!! Ultimite... Kestral.... Where did you??? No... No time for questions, must get to work." Jhinzo stammered, he attempted to regain his composure. "Sir Kestral, I would be honored to cut this into the finest jewel for you... Is there a particular style you would like?"
"Yes, I want it to be round, it will be used as a blade's core. Inside I want you to embed a wolf's head symbol. Don't ask any questions, it is extremely important." he ordered.
"I... Yes sir..." Jhinzo replied. He quickly got to work with his tools, cutting and etching the jagged edges of the Ultimite until it was almost perfectly round.
After an hour or so, Jhinzo had managed to craft what Kestral had wanted. It was even more beautiful than he had imagined it would be, inside of the Ultimite Core floated a perfect, intricate wolf's head in pure crimson. Colors of black, purple and red swirled around inside the Ultimite Core.
Kestral took the Core and began to walk back up towards town. It was late afternoon and the twilit sun reflected orange off of the vast expanse of waves in front of him.
"Time to get this Core to Yorin." Kestral said to himself, warping directly to the town center.

As Kestral approached the blacksmith's shop, he could smell the aroma of Yorin's labor. It was a strange mixture of sweat, heat, and worn metal. Sure enough, Yorin was busy at work hammering a blazing hot piece of metal that looked like a large, round dagger. It was halfway between the length of a dagger and a short sword. Kestral approached Yorin from behind and tapped him on the shoulder to get his attention. Yorin wheeled around, he had been far too enthralled with his work to even notice Kestral's approach.
"Whew, don't scare me like that man. I'm still working on the blade. The smelting, hammering and shaping should be done by the time I close shop." Yorin said through heated breath.
"Great, I've got the other piece to the weapon." Kestral said as he pulled out the newly crafted Ultimite Core. An Ultimite Core had properties that no other weapon's core could ever have. It was by far one of the most valuable materials in existence.
"s**t, she is a beauty isn't she? I love the animal head in there, what is that? A wolf?" Yorin asked, panting lightly.
"Yeah, it's got a special meaning to it. Hopefully it'll be significant enough for what I want it to do." Kestral said, looking away quickly.
"Ah, alright... Well hold on to this till I can finish the blade. Then we'll start on the details. You go ahead and rest eh?" Yorin said.
"Indeed I will Yorin. Thank you, and good night." Kestral said as he pocketed the Ultimite Core.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kestral walked into the Elder's Tent. It was empty at the moment, he walked to his room directly opposite the entrance and laid down on his bedroll. Sleep overcame him almost instantly. He had been worn out for quite some time.

Vincent Silverdust Vince walked into the elder tent and was studding every detail in it. Vince's eyes would fall upon the Ultimite Core which sat on the main table. The light reflected inside caused it to pulse with vibrant, indescribable colors. As Vince neared it, the colors almost faded completely. All that could be seen inside was the Wolf head. Vincent would be tempted to touch the core. Kestral awoke to the sound of Vince entering the tent. He jumped out of his room, picking up the Core and holding it away from Vincent. "You cannot touch this until it is ready to be touched. Now is not that time. When it pulses with life as you near it, it is ready to receive you as it's owner. Do you understand..." Kestral was gravely serious.

Vincent Silverdust "O....Ok i wont mess with it hey Alruna never told me were i sleep she jest made me touch that flag". Vince said pointing at the flag that he had touched earlier. "If you move the flap aside, you'll find that there is a room behind it. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got some sleep to catch up on. It's been a long day." Kestral could still hear the clanking of Yorin on the weapon even from up at the top of the cliff.

Just then Lance held his head where the cursive mark burned with the desire to kill.. Lance looked at Sun with this right hand covering the eye of obivion.. "You think you can, be a man and protect her from me.. uhhhhh............uhhh .. I....Want her...Dead..." He said revealing the eye of oblivion right directly into Sun's eyes as Sun fell to one knee holding his chest.."Lance..Don't make me have to kill you and ruin the armies of Hell.." He said trying to stand back up and pulled out his Tomfas.. Lance looked at him as the air drew colder.. Voxin was struggling to get free, but he was still in a weak state to help his master...
