((SO MUCH EDITING crying !!! but I think I fixed it and here is the half I put up earlier.))
Before he let Varnis rest he said, "Rest for now we'll deal with your punishment for trying to leave campus tomorrow." Teleporting out he made his way to mess hall. "I hope dinner will help me cope with what I have to do today." At least I was able to get very useful information on both Varnis and Silaqui.

earlierAkakage Seeing the knife thrown at him he quickly deflected it using the katana on his left side. "Hmm, you have an excellent aim. I guess if you were using your bow and arrow I would have a harder time with you." Seeing the two stiletto's appear in her hands, "My aren't we full of surprises." Glaring at her new weapons he gave her a foxy grin. "It looks like you would be a valuable companion in battle but at this moment your are an opponent. So I hope I don't hurt you...too much." Sprinting at her again this time he used his right katana as a feint and slashed upwards while the real attack was from the left side slashing down towards the elven teacher. She blocked the katana; whipped around and moved faster than lightning, stabbing with the needle-sharp stiletto at his forearm. His other weapon grazed her knuckles, shaving off a layer of skin. They'd both established that they were putting their all into this. [ I think clothes should start getting cut off. XD. ]

Flash back to fight
Feeling the pain as his forearm got pierced he used it to his advantage. Seeing as she's at the moment attached to him he used his free hand and slashed upwards across her stomach.
((Thanks to Silver I have a cool new Sig. Well clothing off me... hmm sure we just have to set it up right... that means my guy will have to wear a whole new set of clothes... sigh))

Oof. She tried to jump back, but he still caught a thin slash across her stomach, ripping the fabric and grazing the skin. She kicked him in the chest, hard, and slashed with the stiletto. They were weapons made for stabbing, assassin's weapons, ill-suited for the task, but at least it wouldn't be lethal.

Flashback
The pain from the kick wasn't settled as he just barely dodge the slash from her stiletto which caused his shirt to rip. Narrowing his eyes he teleported behind her and did a set of slashes that started with a left slash from the top, followed by a right slash at her mid section, and the final attack he spun and doubled slashed her. He was using his shadow manipulation which were one of the nine abilities he had in his demon form, the aura's properties itself just allows the weapon to break through guards because of its ghostly properties.
((I have a good ending for it, it will end as a tie but you'll be the one clearly outmatch in a close range fight. I'm not going to go all God mode on you, just can you please let me end it.))

The first slash once again seared through the armor, the second tore open her shirt, and she caught the third on the hilt of a stiletto, sparks flying. She cursed again.

((I could just imagine my students ask, "Akakage you have an arrow through your leg, and when I reply, blame your archery teacher for that. XDDD. Also sparks flying??? From wood!!! Oh no my sword is on fire!!!))
Flash back
After his attack he gave her a smirk and teleported a good distance away from her. "I'm done, I'll call it a tie." Looking at the confusion on her face, "There are three reasons I want to stop this duel. First is this," Reverting back to his human form he brought his two wooden weapons up. He then blew a gust of air at them in doing so they started to turn into dust. "The weapons I've chosen cannot take the strain of my demonic power. Anymore slashes on your strong armor I would be weaponless. Second this is just a spar, if it were for real I'd be using my own katana to battle you, and if you fought just like you did now in close range I would of killed you. But you also chose a handicap because you did not use your specialty which is your archery skills. If this were a real fight we would of seriously injured each other. Lastly but most importantly..." Looking at her with a very serious look. "I didn't want Varnis over there to see a nude teacher." ending with a wink and a smile.
He walked up to her as he started to say, "With all joking aside, I would like to tell you that you have earned my respect and would be proud to have you teach with us." Sticking out his hand waiting for her response.

Silaqui glared at him for a long moment... then stood up, one hand clutching her midsection - not because it hurt, but because Akakage had sliced through her belt, and she had to keep her pants up. "Well then. Glad that's settled," she said dryly, a touch of sarcasm in her voice.
