I cast I repremanding look at Nekora. "Didn't Jasmine specifically warn us not to make a habit of that? It will lead to hunger for power and corrupt us. Or it may just overwhelm the individual all together. Our soul gems are easy to crack as it is without all that."

"I'm not making a habit of it! But in this case, it might really help! I still need to fix mine, but the damage is repaairable, and aside from my little... umm... trick, I'm on the straight and narrow, more or less. If he senses vibrations, why doesn't he use that to echolocate? Sound is just vibrations in the air, after all!" I say, my tail drooping a bit when Jasmine's advice about soul eating was mentioned.

She smiled"I actually have five questions, the first one is will we have team, the second one is if we will have breaks, the third is if we are on teams can I be on a team with oneesan, the forth one is will we be taking breaks every now and then?, lastly we won't be hurting each other right?"she asked very nervously she didn't wanna hurt any one.

"I was thinking something along those lines. It'll be difficult for him to learn though since he hasn't been doing it since he was a child. Early childhood is a critical learning stage. So we'll see how it goes. I'll be looking in the library for any records of other blind magical girls who managed to adapt using simple and practical methods that didn't have to do with a power that was unique to them." I frown when I hear that Ayumu wants to work with me. I can't always work with Ayumu. I need to learn how to fight alongside the others too.

Chi: "Oh, I think I've heard of him," Jasmine says.
Nekora: Jasmine looks at you sternly when you mention soul eating, but relaxes when Chi speaks to you about it.
Ayumu: "All no," Jasmine says.
Everyone: "All right," Jasmine says. "You're all going to into the forest. Alone. Treat each other and me as enemies. The forest is enchanted so that your spells and weapons function like they should, but no damage is taken. So if you stab someone, they'll feel a stinging sensation, but the blade will otherwise go in and out without the person feeling it. But if you receive what would be a fatal wound, you are to remain there until one of my copies can bring you back here. Once only one of you remains, it will be between them and me, unless someone takes me out early. Once only one person is in the forest, we'll see what time it is and go from there." She looks around. "Ready?" she asks. "Go!" I'll only post after everyone has posted.

"No time to hide first? This is just like the Hunger Games!" I say, as I fly off, coating myself in ice armor as I dash into the forest, seeking cover as fast as possible. I look for a river or lake, or some nearby natural water feature. I had to play to my strengths, after all! I first go above the treeline, get some distance, and then fall below the branches. Afterwards, I run away from my enterypoint to avoid my location from being telegraphed to the others. I keep my mind scanning on at all times, for now, using it more as a method to detect people nearby rather than to actually read thoughts.

"May the first egg grant me strengh!" I say, and draw my weapon, while flying into the forest. I have lived in a forest my whole life, though this is a different one I still feel comfortable here. I land once I feel I have dictanced myself from the group enough, and try my best to get away from my landing point without making too much noise, or leaving a hugely visible track.

She sighed and then gave a smirk talking in a somewhat deep voice"Time to start a Party! Oneesan, make sure to bring the tea."she said before running into the forest then flying once she was out of sight from the others, hoping to find a nice 2 entrance cave to hang out for awhile, maybe there would be a friendly bear she could have a party with.

I fly off into the forest, keeping my distance from everyone else for now. Once I feel I've gained enough distance to have some time to think, I try to find a tall, sturdy looking tree with good leaf coverage and land on a thick branch that can support my weight. Once situated, I double check that my guns are ready. Afterwards, I keep an eye and ear out for any sort of movement while I think to myself about the best way to use the terrain and who to target first.

I decide that instead of hunting my prey, it'd be best to hole up in a place and wait for them to come get me instead. The best offense is a good defense. And that's exactly what I'll play to. I take to the air, drop to the ground and run for a while, take to the air again briefly, and continue that process as try to find a good place to hole up.

Yuuin, now in Emmy form, keeps her silence about the 'easy' advice, seeing as Chi spoke to Nekora about it. Instead she focuses on the task at hand. After getting the instructions from Jasmine, she makes a small nod, before heading on in herself. Grasping her Soul Gem bo, she flies inside, focusing on listening to the sounds in the forest, while avoiding making sounds herself. Quietly, she compared the foundation of the rules to a game of laser tag gone PVP...with magic. She began to look for a place that was easy to hide without becoming trapped for a ground base.

Nekora: Soon enough, you find a pond in the dense forest. No one is close yet, but the sounds of their minds rings clear, if faint.
Misaki: You are able to avoid making yourself obvious. But you feel like someone's already on your tail.
Ayumu: You easily find such a cave. However, there IS a bear. And she doesn't seem the party type. More like the "Get out of my house!" type. You notice a clicking sound, but you attribute it to the bear's long claws. Also, pit trap. That's going to leave a mark. Man, tough luck already.
Jade: As you are contemplating your course of action, you hear the branches rustle near you.
Chi: You find a hole in the ground, which appears to be an abandoned fox den. With a little effort, you could squeeze in.
Emmy: As you listen, you notice a form ahead of you. Big and imposing. But yet eerily quiet.
Everyone: Because this is a group "combat" situation, I will need everyone to post after each of my posts before I can post again. Thank you.

I question why I even noticed it. I am NOT squeezing into a hole. I need room to move. I move on to a place where there's plenty of good-sized pebbles where I can hide but still have plenty of room to move around.

She sighed and rubbed her back then slowly flew out of the cave and tried to find another one, she wanted to find a random teddy bear, not a mama protecting its den.

Emmy acts with caution, as she slowly approaches, not making any sudden movements or noises, as she wants to see what it was she heard, without scaring, or attracting, anybody or anything's attention..
