I mighty reckon the context has somethin' to do with meaning of a statement. Do pardon me if I do say so, but only a fool could believe the length of drool-ish words could exempt it from that.

I have a question!
Since most of us missed the first day of class, Will we be using the second part of class to learn Hand seals? Since from my understanding you must have to train to know hand seals in order to learn jutsu correct?

Antonio, I recommend you watch your tone. I am merely humoring you to even bother further explicating something that is already self-explanatory. Let this be a standing warning.
Mika, I'll be separating out people who haven't done Jutsu before into a group to learn the handseals first. As for the timing, in the best event this will be before we get to the actual Henge lesson.
There's a visit scheduled to the Hospital for the day, the instructors there would be lecturing on the Minor Chakra Heal. A little adjustment with the circumstance, and a few of the new students could probably seize the opportunity to learn handseals early from an Eseinin.

Hello Proto, my name is Ele. I just want to say this in the most respectful way possible. For future reference, you have a very condescending nature about yourself. You seem to be under the impression that because of what ever status you hold in this guild that you are somehow better than anyone else that post here. Contrary to what you might believe, it is possible to speak to or reprimand someone without being insulting or offensive. If you care to read this post before the early stages of self defensive aggression kick in, I hope that you gain a better understanding of how your words are very often misleading and result in such break downs in communication. I'm aware that there is another guild captain here, so I'm assuming that's you Antonio so I going to make this frank with you, This guild is different than most and its run differently than most. Actually every guild is ran differently than most other guilds. Is it okay to disagree and have questions about the system we have implemented, sure that's okay and the Crew are here to help you understand that (Hence why there is a Gaming System forum, to teach you guys the system) But as a former crew myself, I not liking your tone and the manner you taking this so I suggest you stop now. We had a lot of BS come in here and stir up trouble and you don't want to be included in that list cause we learned how to handle people like that.
This here is not an attack post or whatever you assume it to be. Just laying down the facts and simple solutions to these issues you may have as new members to the guild. But to put it frank, I not approving the behavior that some of the people here, not naming anybody, are making. So for those that are behaving in this inapporiate manner, I would like to ask (as a member of this guild that rather not see this everyday while logging in) to refrain and understand that Crew can be very busy at times and my not be there 24/7 to monitor everything. That's okay as we are people so I would like you to show respect for the Crew as you would like to be respected. Thank you

Show me where Sai was being disrespectful, and I will show you were Proto was being disrespectful. Give and Get, that is simply common courtesy and good manners. It is not about what she is saying, it is the holyer than thou attitude that she imposes every single time. It was a yes or no question from a member who literally does not know the answer. Why does every question have to turn into "Oh ho ho, since you are not smart enough to understand. Here is an even more incomplete answer"

Honestly, ss has the same tone. I felt much the same because of him on several occasions when you all arrived. Just move on and rp before this blows up.
Leave this where it is now, or I promise I will lock this thread. I've dealt with crap like this in my village, not going to deal with it here.

Who said that we disagree with her method? Where did anyone say that we are against her ruling? Where did anyone say that we were even contesting that? Believe me, we know about crew work. You would be shocked at the complexity of our system. This isn't about respecting her wishes as a Kage. This is about demanding that she speak to us, and our people with at least some level of curtesy and not immediately assume that because her response failed to answer all of Sai's question, that gives her the right to be condescending. This isn't a matter of Sai not being able to understand her answer. It is a matter of her giving incomplete answers. She says that she was talking about a hypothetical situation. Now how could someone, baring mind reading abilities, know that you are referring to a hypothetical situation when asked a direct question. Sai asked if not turning in the homework was enough to not graduate from the academy. Rather than simply say, Yes or No. She decided to give an even more indirect answer.

Now lIke Gid has said, this is getting out of hand. Futhermore its getting really disrespectful so I recommend for those involved to stop immediately. Proto, Gid, Myself, as well as the other crew have dealt with this before where people couldn't log in to talk anymore to avoid this. We DON'T nor WILL tolerate this in the guild. You have been warned so drop it and drop it now. You are all young adults so lets start acting like it, not like a bunch of 3yr olds throwing a tantrum cause they didn't get a toy in their Happy Meal. So act your age and if you have any complaints, your are free to state them but in a reasonable manner, not in the way I've been seeing. That goes double for you Ele, that was in every aspect just rude and very uncalled for. Show a little respect for the crew as well as every member in this guild if you don't like then quit. We don't know how other guild are but we are one that has respect for one another so its expected for you to also follow this, as you aren't an exception to this ruie.....PERIOD.

If you think that I have been disrespectful, then you an at least see how she was being so equally. That, is the point. A simple yes or no question was turned into an excuse to talk down on a new member. If you all are unwilling to at the very least acknowledge this, then I see no point in staying in this guild.
