@Disturbed: You can usually find them on fansites, but they all have a role, like 4th Squad is healing, 11th Squad is battle tactics, and all that crap

But i have a general question. What are the roles of the individual squads? Because i've looked and i haven't found any as of now.
Well it's mostly the same as in the anime.
First is the home to the Captain Commander
Second is home to the Stealth Squad
Fourth is home to medical stuff.
Eleventh is home to the melee Shinigami.
Twelfth is home to the science department.

Squad 1 are the Elite or the Duelists
Squad 2 is the Recon and Punishment squad
Squad 3 is the Blitzkrieg squad, meaning that they are the first attackers
Squad 4 is Healing
Squad 5 is Kidou
Squad 6 houses the Tactical forces
Squad 7 is the Judiciary squad
Squad 8 is Reserves
Squad 9 is Internal Affairs
Squad 10 is the Imperial Elements/Large scale combatants
Squad 11 Combat specialists
Squad 12 Research and Development
Squad 13 Divine Protectors/ Sereitei Defense
