I'm sorry ms. fawceet. I wanna ask something from rules :
5. All instructors must give everyone a chance to answer questions! No instructor may answer a question until five hours have passed since the question was asked. This is merely because instructors usually check this thread the most often and also tend to know more trivia, as that's their job in this thread. Failure to follow this rule will also loose a point from your house and continual offense will result in the loss of your position in the Club.
Now why miss love tantei can answer the question without 5 hours passed since the question was asked ?

to answer your question Hana: miss love tantei is a referee not an instructor. She doesn't have the power to ask questions. Her task around here is to make sure rules are enforced, do point counts etc. The point of the rule is that instructors, since they ask the questions, tend to know the most trivia, so it isn't fair for them to answer. As I already said she doesn't have that power. Technically that rule is moot at the moment, b/c I am the only instructor. However, in the past we've had multiple instructors, which is why it exists.

Because it has a calming, soothing, and "euphoric-like" effect on a person when it is mixed in the elixir. smile
