Have you not seen the timeline? Looked it up after posting. It kinda throws a bunch of previus conceptions out the window, but also confirms a few interesting ideas. EDIT: No, autocorrect, that is not how you spell "previous."

huh. I did NOT know that the latent abilities/buffs in the vocation's tree stayed on you when you switched them. o: Or that the skill points you get can stay even when you switch vocations too.
Been playing DQ a lot lately. Having fun and stuff. Hated getting the Armamental-thingy job. Slimes kept running away. :< Then I found out you can do what I said up top. Too bad I can't be assed to get enough natural strength so I can have a decent whippy mage. - w- I like the Armamawhositwhat a lot more though.

Also, does anyone know where I go in DQIX after I beat that ghost professor? It's in this wintery area. I found this one town before I went to the academy, but they were all xenophobes and the monsters were kicking my a** so after a while I got the idea that I'm not supposed to be there. Except using my boat is really annoying and I'm hoping that I can go there now. Zoom is a lot better than a boat. :c
I did that desert place too. Actually, are Fyggs even in order? I can't even tell. That foreigner-hate town is the first town I've been to that I couldn't forward the story in.

The Swinedimples fygg is the last of 7. So I'd get the prairie, desert, mason, all trades ones before you attempt that one because the ghost boss. You need all 7 fyggs before you can do anything in the foreigner hating town.
