nope, they're not ubers xd
anyways, its pretty easy to tell what type they are...
1) they are all part electric.
oven = fore
washing machine = water
refridgerator = ice
lawnmower = grass
fan = flying
and then the basic form is ghost.

nope... in Gen 4 they are all ghost/electric types...
in Gen five they all lose the ghost type for another type. (except the basic form)

it seem you don't understand the tiers...
so here you go, a mini lesson ^.^
there are 5 tiers... Uber, OU, BL, UU and NU
Uber
^^^^^
OU
^^^^
UU
^^^^
NU
so following the arrows...
Ubers conatians all pokemon.
OU contains all but Uber.
UU only contains UU and NU pokemon.
and NU is only NU.
basically the tiers specify what is too powerful to use.
its important to understand that OU is the standard battling tier.
so since regigigas is in UU, then he is not banned because UU is allowed in OU battles.

as long as it doesn't say Uber, you can use it.
and even then, you can ask people for an ubers battle.
