spy sweeper foudn the viruses, but oh i have to buy it to remove it.
norton can't find them cause the people who made it made it that way it seems, after having a live chat with a consultor that wanted to push a 100$ remote fixing service on me the whole time and tell me what I already know.
so yeah if I can i'm just gonna do a ******** rollback of the whole system, just gotta roll it back two days, shouldn't hurt much and the viruses can go bye bye.
and if that don't work then ******** it, clean slate.
