Man, I caught the commercial for 'Naruto vs. Neji' the other day on CN, so last night I sat down and watched those episodes out of nostaliga.

Seriously... Naruto has no right to be talking smack. Neji was like "you have no chance, there's no way you can win", and then he proceeded to utterly rape Naruto in every sense of the word. I mean, the kid didn't even touch Neji except for twice. It took his superbeasting just to keep up, and Neji cancelled out the Kyuubi with just his own awesome. That was the first time Neji got hit in the entire fight, and it wasn't even a clean hit... it was a mutual explosion. The second time was the cheapshot.
No right to be talking smack at all.

I am seriously debating how the fight can go past this point.. since according to Viper, he unleashed a minature big bang or something.
What do the rules say about regeneration?

I don't think there are any rules on regeneration... though if your body is completely destroyed I believe you lose, even if you don't die, since there is a rule about shifting form (to liquid or gas or whatever... and being totally dusted would count).
