This can takes us to a place up in space. I think Aeris called it the harvester.

His lifts his hand and turns a ring that looks the same to the left, sending
him to his home plane in a psychadelic show of colors and waves.*
*The note reads-
To anyone wanting to visit, just put the ring on and turn it to the left on
your hand, it will transport you to a place of your imaginations! But be
warned, never turn it to the right, for doing that you ensure your death.
