Dimitri_H I know the button thing was kinda intense...but a tip thats useful for concert band...and even marching... you know youre a band geek when you've memorized the mark(s) where your instrument is in tune. I have it memorized!!! crying

when you thnk of all this
you create lives for you intrument like saying two instruments go out because they are next to each other in the storage room

it doesn't bother u to use cork grease when u can't find chapstick for ur lips (okay, so the labels came off and i couldn't tell it was cork grease at the time)

I think that everyone does the cork grease/chapstick thing at least once. What's the big deal? Oh, and I do a lot of things on this topic. Its actually kind of freaky.

you know you're a band geek when at the beginner band concert (you're there for the extra credit) your bd says, "Our "band groupies" will be helping put equipment away tonight," and then points at you and your friends.
you know you're a band geek when at the beginner concert, you yell, "Let's Go *insert instrument you play here*!" at the end of the song Let's Go Band
When listening to another band at a concert, you say "They were off" at the end of a song when they got off, and you cringe at the thought of it

You know you are a band geek when instead of buying an iPod, you wait until 3rd period Symphonic band. Then you sing the previous year's field show while walking in step with your friends to your next class.
