I own two flutes. My first I got in 5th grade and was from a pawn shoppe. It's name is Bob. A plain name for a plain(but lovable) flute. My shiny, nice, and relatively new flute is called Steven Vinny Edgar Joshua Burroughs. Sophisticated name for a sophisticated flute.

Oh goodness. I actually just named my flute recently, with the help of my friends of course. One of my friends was convinced it was a guy flute, and wanted to name it Fernando. The other thought it was a girl, and suggested Tina. So, I squished them together, as my flute is so amazing to be both a boy and girl, and named shim Tinando. Tinando is also to cool for a middle or last name. biggrin

I've never really thought of naming my instrument before... but, I'd name my Snare Drum Fortissimo. :] Not exactly creative, but I absolutely love playing loudly.

My classical guitar doesn't have a name but both my ukes are. the first I got is Scarlette due to her red exterior and the fact I name all my things after females. The other, a concert Soprano is named Hailey just because it's a lovely name.
