Headmistress Lillian Van Nikolai
"WHAT!?" Lillian shouted, repulsed.
"No. It's beyond points, Fionna. You...you rest...I'm sending a letter now..hang on..."
She knew first-hand how much the torture curse hurt. Now her students had to suffer through it? Not in this school. She wrote one letter to the ministry telling them what had just happened and that they needed to get over here as quickly as possible. She sent it off with Vibrato, who came whenever she called him. He'd already finished bringing the broom back home so he was at her beck and call and soared off with the letter. She scrawled on another note,
"Rhiannon, in the hospital wing, NOW." and sent it off magically so it floated down to the Slytherin common room.
"Fionna...are you alright? Here, drink this, you'll feel better."
She handed Fionna a calming drought, feeling like she needed one herself. Never...in all her years at Hogwarts, a student...an under-age student...

( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ❀ Rose ran into the Hospital Wing she had to tell the Headmistress something. When noticed she wasn't back in her office the other day, she decided to come over with Al to the Hospital Wing. She stepped through the doors and said (without looking around clearly) "Excuse me, Headmistress I need to ta-." She stopped speaking because at that moment, words refused to flow out of Rose's mouth. here was Sparrow, her good friend and captian, lying there... looking in pain... her leg was wounded with blood and she seemed to be in great anguish. "Who.....What...Where!?!? Sparrow!! Omigawd!! Who did this!?!?!" She said her lip quivering as she knelt by her bedside. The horror. Rose... she knew who it was who did this only one person besides, Death Eaters and the 'Desdemonster' could of done this. She knew that options one in to wouldn't be back at Hogwarts at anytime so she went with her gut. Rhiannon. She knew. She didn't even have to question it. She knew it was her. "It was HER, wasn't it!! It was... it was. That bloody RHIANNON!!" Uncontrollable tears flew down Rose's face. "I know it! She hurt you!! She did! That monster!" Rose sobbed for a minute, head head in her knees and then got back up. "It's her fault... no it's my fault! I agitated her! I was the one who made her hate perfects! It's my fault she hurt you!! " She said. "She's terrible Headmistress! JUST BLOODY DREADFUL. She threatened to KILL ME. K-I-L--L Me! Then she scared me so bad I passed out and could of had some major head trauma!! See!!" She outbursted pointing to her head. " Then she stepped on my fingers!! ALL OF THEM. Now she has hurt Sparrow. Oh what am I to do! PLEASE EXPEL HER!" She said burying her face in her hands, sobbing.

She nodded at her and pulled her kneed up into her chest. She didn't pay any attention as the headmistress went and wrote her letters. She got lost in her thoughts.
If Lucas was hiding something what was it? Was there a different reason that he hadn't been there that day for quidditch and had been sneaking out the night before? She couldn't think of anything. Her mind went back to the thought of a secret relationship, but that made no sense.
Fionna jerked slightly. Startled by the Headmistress. She quickly calmed down again though. Her mind felt sluggish still. Like she had had a spell cast to slow it down. She nodded at the Headmistress again and didn't bother saying anything. Everybody lies and says they are fine when truly things are not fine. Fionna took the goblet and eyed it warily. She was suspicious, but the Headmistress would never give her anything harmful, so Fionna drank it. She instantly felt more relaxed and less jittery. She leaned back onto the pillow allowing the potion that she assumed must have been a calming draught to do its thing.

Lillian took a deep breath and sat Rose and Al down.
"Listen you three, this does not go beyond this room, you understand? Al, I can ground you over the summer, Rose, Fionna, I will tell your parents if you tell anyone, I mean anyone about this."
She took a deep breath.
"Rhiannon's father is in Azkaban. Most of her family, death eaters, are dead or dieing in Azkaban. I once told you Rose, I couldn't expell her because the ministry wanted her for questioning. Well...that time has passed. She's used the Cruciatus curse now..." She looked sadly at Fionna's limp form on the bed. She knew she'd be fine by tomorrow, but she doubted she'd ever stop feeling guilty for what she was about to do.
"But I never told you the reason for WHY they were looking for her...and I think I now know...Rhiannon isn't just a normal 14-year old child, she has a cursed life. You know that odd feeling, of evil emenating from her? That you get around her? Well, you'd find out anyways. She's killed a unicorn. She's drank it's blood. She won't die in Azkaban, so I don't feel as horrible about sending her there...but that's where she's going. It's beyond points and expelling someone now. But...why don't you let her tell you. She should be here any minute."
She hung and shook her head. It was too awful to believe.

Rose remembered what Lil had said about not being able to expel her, she groaned in displeasure. But what she said next scared her and put her in a major depression. SHE HAD KILLED A UNICORN. The horror. Rose felt herself cry harder. Any one that knew Rose would cry to just knowing Rose's love for unicorns was practically radiating off her. She loved them so much if a unicorn stabbed in the heart and killed her, she wouldn't feel pain but love.It was terrible...dreadful... absolutely evil. That horrible girl deserved to rot in Azkaban, she wished she could die again so Rose could kill her herself. Rose was too much of a basket case to even speak and sobbed as she looked at the little unicorn charm she had added to the necklace Ghaleon gave her. It burned a massive hole in her heart. Rose gritted her teeth and hoped this gitl was as miserable as possible. She wanted this girl to suffer hard for what she had done to Rose's favorite thing in the world. She wanted. . . She pulled her knees up into a ball as she lay on the bed. She took in the information and was, to be honest, not all that shocked. She had known something was up with that girl. Lucas had confirmed her suspicions when he asked her if she seemed oddly cruel and evil. She just hadn't been able to figure it out. Until now.
It explained the dark magic she used, and why she truly didn't care about points, Hogwarts, or people. Fionna shivered at the thought of Azkaban. Even if Rhi couldn't die, it wouldn't be a pleasant time. True, Rhi had no feelings really, but it would be terrible to know somebody she knew was in azakaban, and because of her too. She had had the duel that caused Rhi to cast the unforgivable curse and had told the Headmistress.
Fionna didn't want to see Rhi right now, but she wouldn't let the girl see her as a terrible mess. Fionna sat up and scooted to the back of the bed so as to be able to elan back with a support.

"Everyone looks so gloomy." Rhi said with a small twisted smile on her face as she looked around at the two sobbing girls, Rose and who must be the headmistress's daughter, Fionna looking weak, and the headmistress looking helpless.
"You called, Headmaster?" She said with a mock bow.
She knew she was in for it. But she wasn't about to let her composure slip. Honestly, what did it matter if she got sent to Azkaban? She wouldn't die in there, and that was what mattered. She only had one regret, that she wouldn't be able to say goodbye to Austin. Still, she'd get to see her dad and she doubted they could keep her in Azkaban for too long, she was underage. I mean, really, what could they do to her? She was just a kid, really.

Lillian looked up. It was amazing how even when she knew she was going to be punished, when she knew she was screwed, she could still look like the devil incarnate. Like a human form of hate and loathing.
"Yes I did." She said seriously. "You know what you've done, Rhiannon. Here."
She thrust a piece of parchment at her.
"Your mother will want to know where you are. I suggest you write to her and let her know you'll be in Azkaban for the next month or two."
It was horrible doing this. Even if Rhi did deserve it, which she no doubt did, it was still horrible.
"When you're finished..." She said in a bit of a choked voice, "the Azkaban gaurds will escort you out of the castle."

She didn't deserve happiness because she had shattered everyone else's happiness. "YOU DESERVE EVERY DAMN MINUTE IN AZKABAN YOU WORTHLESS LITTLE unicorn murderer. . ."She roared pointing an acussing finger at Rhi as the last part was muffled by her tears. Rose used to pity her and her little story but now that she had killed a unicorn. . . she deserved not even the smallest ray of sunshine and Rose felt no remorse for her at all. "Sorry guys. . . I don't know what came over me. . ."She said genuinely not knowing what had happened

She had an urge to grab her wand and hex the girl to pieces, but she resisted. It wouldn't do any good. She was already going to Azkaban. It annoyed her so much that Rhi was so composed when she probably already knew what was going to happen. In fact she did. She had said so right before leaving her down in the dungeons tied up.
Fionna shivered when the Headmistress mentioned the azkaban guards. She knew about dementors of course. They were terrible creatures. Something she never wanted to meet. Her head jerked to Rose and she made an outburst. Fionna remembered how much Rose loved unicorns, and to have one killed would be dreadful for her. She practically idolized them. She blinked at Rose's outburst and was tempted to make on of her own. She should be able to do that right? Rhi had just used an unforgivable curse on her. She shivered again at he memory of the pain.
Fionna couldn't think of a thing to say to her though. She rubbed her palms against her legs to get rid of the chills that kept attacking her. She avoided eye contact with Rhi though. She was so weak right now. Rhi had probably sen that the moment she stepped in here. She thought of the one good things about Rhi being in Azkaban. She wouldn't be able to disrupt Lucas.

Rhiannon raised an eyebrow as the parchment was thrust at her. She rolled her eyes at Rose, Fionna and Al. Why should she waste her time on caring about what they thought. Nothing would matter now. She caught the parchment and sat down on the other side of the room.
"I'm not writing it to her. I'll write it to my lover and let him give it to her."
She smiled at the looks on their faces at the word lover. Yeah, she wasn't a virgin, problem? She wrote carefully, the letter filled with every word she needed to say and had to force herself to say.
Austin,
They finally caught me. I'm going to Azkaban for a month or two. I cracked in this prison, I just couldn't handle it. I'll tell me dad I said hi from you, and I know you'll wait for me. Tell my mom where I am, tell her I love her. And I love you, baby, more than anything. You're all I'll think about, you'll be that happy thought that keeps me going. I really do have a cursed life, huh, baby? But please be there for me when I get out, I won't be in there long I swear. I'm underage...they can't do much to me. I've always wheedled my way out of trouble and I will again. And please, I know we don't get along but tell mum I really do love her...she'd always helped me through everything and always been a supporter. I know you don't like that I've drank unicorn blood, darling, and considering where I'm headed, I'm not sure if it was wroth it....awh hell yes it is. I don't want to die and succumb to that. I love monsters almost as much as I love you, but not quite. Don't forget me and I'll be out soon.

"You can send them in now." She said like a dare.

She watched as Rhi wrote the letter to her...lover. She had a boyfriend? Seriously? It was odd to think that Rhi did, someone so cruel still had someone they loved in a twisted way.
Lillian put the letter in an envelope and whispered Expecto patronum.
The silver doe cantered around her, her daughter, Rose, and Fionna. Rhiannon would be the one facing them now.
She sent a quick spark from her wand that flew over to the door. It passed through the crack and moments later, two hooded dementors glided into the room. Lillian had made sure they'd come when no one else was around in this part of castle, and was sending them through the grounds for a more direct route. Still, it sickened her to see them. They had rotted, scabbing hands and her patronus cantered closer around the four of them so she still felt warm and calm.
Rhiannon was standing up, facing them. She still had the cold look in her eyes, she was still fairly composed. But it was like Lillian was seeing her for the first time...she really was just a child. A 14 year old girl who's fallen prey to the dark arts and was now paying for it. She sighed and watched the sight before her eyes, knowing there was nothing she could do, feeling helpless.
