*Why doesn't this she-cat have a mate? She's to beautiful!*He thought. Even if your the strongest cat.

 C l o v e r p a w“Fail with honor rather than succeed by fraud.”___________________________[Cloverpaw watched his mentor pelt out of camp. He blinked, wondering what could've given Mapleleaf such energy. Shrugging, the tabby tom padded to the fresh-kill pile and bent down to pick something up for himself. But just as he was about to take it, a thought crossed his mind.]
I guess I should take it to Dicekit. I don't think she's left the nursery in a while...Spadekit might be awake by now too, so she'll need to eat...
[Cloverpaw sighed and took a rabbit and mouse from the pile. The rabbit would be enough for Dicekit and Spadekit to split between them, and the mouse was for himself. Snorting through the prey in his jaws, he padded into the nursery, blinking his light green eyes to adjust to the gloom. The tabby tom padded up to his sisters, setting down the rabbit at Dicekit's paws and the mouse at his own.]
“Hey Dicekit...I just wanted to make sure you're eating well, and Spadekit too...And...I'm sorry for snapping at you lately, it's just...with our mother and Spadekit and all...Oh, that reminds me. What happened to that kittypet kit that you brought into camp the other day? His scent is stale and I haven't seen him for a while. He usually clings to you like a tick.”
[Cloverpaw flicked an ear in curiosity at Dicekit. His sister looked as if she'd been spooked by something, so he tried to sound concerned and caring, even though traces of distrust still lingered within him.]

@CuPcAkEs- It's newleaf, spring. :3 And btw, I think Mapleleaf is still out in the moors, but she's returning...so...yeah. > > ))

"Don't let revenge be your purpose Fernstream. It will only lead to your demise." he said lastly before they left.
[He mind was fogging on him and he would need lie down to rest soon.
It had been a eventful day all in all.]
I just hope Fernstream doesn't lose sight of what's right... he thought before collapsing in the camp.

Even after my mirror's been shattered... Dicekit+++++++++++++++++++++++++[Dicekit looked up at cloverpaw, blinking her thanks.] "That tom...had some weird breathing issue...and when i tried to play with him...we raced...his breath just suddenly...stopped." [Dicekit took a bite out of the rabbit.] "But...i send him off to starclan with a name. Stripedkit." [She chewed thoughtfully.] "Do you think kits become warriors if they reach starclan?" [She asked after swallowing down the rabbit.] "Oh, and well done at your ceremony. Maybe soon Willowstar will give me a mentor, then we both can be apprentices." [She picked up the rest of the rabbit and padded to Spadekit, dropping it in front of her. A shiver passed through her pelt.] "Mouse dung! I've had just about the worst nightmare, and i can't get it out of my head." [She curled up near Spadekit, as the mottled kit's eyes slowly opened, and sniffed at the prey. Dicekit smiled warmly.] "Cloverpaw brought you and i something to eat. Go ahead, take a bite." [Spadekit stared down at the rabbit, shifting position, but not saying anything or even opening her mouth. Dicekit kept her warm smile. "Hey Spadekit. I bet that rabbit will taste even better if you take a bite of it right....now!" [Spadekit's eyes snapped open and she took a nibble of the rabbit. As she swallowed, a warm glow passed through her eyes. Dicekit smiled, her tail flicking playfully.] "See? Cloverpaw picked a really good one, and for a really good sister, too."
...I still see the reflection.

I wonder if it's changed him. . .for the better? Mapleleaf thought, confused.]
"Yes, I suppose you're right, Dewburst. I only hope that I can find someone as good- no, better, than Owl-Rainfrost. But, at least I'll be distantly related kin, after all, Rose- Sandwing is my aunt."
[Mapleleaf purred, feeling better that she had been able to confide in someone. Suddenly unsure, she reached up and gave him a quick lick on his ear in thanks.]
"We should get back, or I'll never hear the end of Cloverpaw mewing how late I was."
[Mapleleaf chuckled, and quickly the two headed back to camp.]
((@Sumomo: Weel, Mapleleaf feels kinda sorry for Dewburst, and so she's kinda playing along. Hehe, she'd take care of anyone, that's just the kind of cat she is. Now that I think about it, she would have made a good medicine cat. Too bad I know nothing but fox dung about herbs! XD))

 OAKKITNOTE: I'm skipping Oak and Soft meeting, but they're at the dirt-making place, which Oak calls "the icky place"... talking. If any other kits are interested in what's going on with 'em, feel free to stumble upon them. If not, I'll just RP by myself, keep spamming the forum with worthless stuff. [Oakkit licked the many scratches she'd received from crawling through the thorny woven grass walls of the Breezeclan camp, many of which were bleeding. There were little dried leaves stuck in her fur, which her quick attempts at grooming were doing little to remove. She sighed, letting her head sink down, making her shoulders protrude. She wrinkled her nose.] Ugh... why does the icky place have to be the best and most secret place to talk?[She sniffed, staring at the ground between her forepaws, daintily wrapped with a remarkably still tail. Her ears flicked forwards as she heard soft padding.] Softkit.[She stood up, watching as he slowly walked in to make sure he wasn’t overexerting himself.] “I’m here. What’s got your fur all ruffled you want to talk now, of all times?” [Softkit huffed, sitting himself down a tails-length in front of her.] “It’s about the sick cats.” [She could feel his eyes boring into her, and she steadily met his gaze.] “Yeah, so?” “So… You’re right. It’s not safe here. I mean, this close to so many sick and infected cats. For you.” [She felt calm and steady as an evening breeze before him, despite her words being fluttered. She watched as he firmly closed him eyes, stiffening.] “We’re gonna leave. We’re gonna go away, and hide, where I can protect you. We both know what the madness does to cats, Softkit,” she mewed quietly. “If it hadn’t been for Embergaze, I’d have lost you to one of them. I’m not going to risk that again. I said I’d protect you, and that’s that.” [Oakkit closed the distance between them, resting her nose on Softkit’s forehead. His head only came to the top of her shoulder when they stood side by side. He was so small, so fragile… She was shocked when he pulled away.] “Once you’re actually able to take care of yourself, Oakkit, then you can talk to me,” he spat, turning his pale back at her with a flick of his brown-tipped tail. “Until then, I’ll be knowing my place.” [Oakkit stared wide-eyed and confused as he stalked away, helpless and lost, but determined nonetheless.]

I heard from the elders once that when a cat joins StarClan, they stay the same age forever. But, at least he had a name...” [Cloverpaw felt a cold shiver run down his spine. The last time he'd seen Stripedkit, he'd said some pretty nasty things to him and Dicekit. He winced inwardly. Perhaps he'd go to the gravesite to visit Stripedkit sometime soon. Blinking the thoughts away, he focused on Dicekit's words. She said something about a nightmare...That intrigued him. Now she spoke of his apprenticeship. Cloverpaw gruffly snorted.] “Don't congratulate me yet. I've just barely learned to hunt properly. Mapleleaf said that she'll teach me a few fighting moves once she gets back from hunting. And I'm pretty sure Willowstar will assign you a mentor soon. We are the same age, after all...I'm just worried that Spadekit will fall behind...”
[Cloverpaw padded after his sister and over to Spadekit. He felt his heart warm as how Dicekit took care of her. It was a side of his littermate that he hadn't seen in a while...or ever, really.]
“She looks like she's recovering well...That's good. Spadekit, make sure you rest and get well quickly, that way all three of us can be apprentices together.” [He blinked warm-heartedely at his weak sibling. Sighing, he looked back up and Dicekit with a curious gleam in his green eyes.]“By the way, what was that you said about a nightmare?”
(( @Princess- Shouldn't Dicekit be assigned a warrior since she and Cloverpaw are the same age? o__o Just asking. ))

"I see you're awake, Cloverpaw. And hello there, Dicekit."
[Mapleleaf blinked kindly, then blinked at Cloverpaw.]
"Alright, whaddya say we go and learn some fighting moves?" Mapleleaf asked Cloverpaw.
((Ack, dunno what to write. Awkward(?)!

“Nah, I didn't sleep. I just had a meal and wanted to check up on Spadekit...Anyway,” [He sighed, and stood up.]“let's go then.”
[He smiled warmly at his mentor. Cloverpaw turned back to Dicekit and Spadekit. Deciding that sibling rivalries would only make their lives worse, he touched noses with Dicekit and padded out of the nursery with Mapleleaf.]
(( It's alright. I think I have writer's block again. OTL ))

She sighed happily and looked down at Spadekit.] "Can i tell you my nightmare until Cloverpaw gets back? move one of your front paws if it's okay." [Spadekit's eyes widened in curiosity and she flicked her paw.] "It's a little gruesome. Sure you still want to hear?" [Spadekit nodded slowly, flicking her paw rapidly.] "All right. Don't be surprised if you wake up and find the rest of the queens ripping my pelt off for telling you this!" [Dicekit brought a small pile of nesting over between her and Spadekit.] "Okay, so i was in the camp right? I was leader, it was so amazing! Then i found my paws were red, and there was a big stack of-" [A nearby queen glared at Dicekit from across the nursery.] "Um...Oh, right. A big pile of prey. Some rabbits bigger than a warrior!" [Spadekit's whiskers twitched, as the she-cat imagined a rabbit of that size.] "It was such a tall stack of prey. You were in there, and so was Cloverpaw! The red blanked out the whole ground, and everyone was rolling around in it and everything. But Doveflight was gone, and everyone was happy!" [a shiver thundered through Spadekit at the mention of the infected queen's name. She looked at Dicekit in confusion.] "W-Well, it was a nightmare because we ran out of prey to eat. The end." [she said, glancing worriedly at the hostile queen.]
...I still see the reflection.

If she wasn't so two-faced!" [The queen laughed at her own comment, collapsing into a fit of cackles.] " 'maybe we can play again one day' mouse dung! foolish kit." [She eyed Cloverpaw as he departed to and from the camp, snorting at his mentor.] "Dear starclan...i doubt that tom will learn anything from that half-brained she-cat." [She sat up, looking at the mentor once more.] "If I taught him, he'd be a better warrior than Willowstar herself!" [She looked at her paw, unsheathing her claws.] Or...I could just get rid of that mangy she-cat. Or Cloverpaw. No! Not another one of my kits. Spadekit asked for it, he didn't. And i doubt he will. But something needs to be done...And why in the name of starclan is that demon-lover..what's her name...oh, Dicekit. Why isn't she an apprentice! It's been almost a quarter moon! [Doveflight stood up, her tail bristling.] "Hey Willowstar! Why don't you get your tail out here and stop hiding it between your legs?" [She called with a snicker under her breath.]
(@everyone- Please don't take her comments about your cats personally. She's a real sourpuss after all this, and has become unable to contain her feelings about the cats around her.) ...Now they're gone. So i break.

OAKKIT"Joykit!" [Oakkit gasped, being dragged out of her little thought bubble by the chipper orange fur-ball. She liked Joykit a lot. she was fun and energetic and a great playmate...] "what are you doing here?" [Then Oakkit realized where she was (the dirt place) and the reason any OTHER cat would be there... Wait... didn't Joykit just ask what SHE was doing there?] Oh, mouse-dung! What if Joykit found out I was trying to leave camp with Softkit? Would she tell on us and have us stopped?Wait... maybe...[Oakkit cocked her head, looking Joykit up and down until she was sure she knew everything about her, inside and out. She leaned toward Joykit, placing one forepaw in front of the other and angling her ears as far forward as they could go.] [In a low and mysterious voice she mewed: "I'm gonna save Softkit. Want in?]
