She figuratively 'threw in the sheets', happy that she remembered a human phrase. She turned and went to investigate the Evil on her own.

Tzzir watched her from a hidden point on a rooftop, he was leaning against a structure, then looked at his arm, and how the poison made it's way through.

"Stupid-" kicks rock, "idiotic-" kicks another rock, "JERK!" This time Rine kicked the rock so hard it smashed into a nearby window.
"Well, that's a pile of horse apples. I lost my rock."
She went to go get it, climbing up the side of the really tall building, at least it seemed that way to Rine, and peered into the broken window. She quickly ducked her head out and jumped down, turned on her heel and jogged off. "There's a reason I'm still alive- I'm not a damn cat."
There was a dead body in the building, drained by a vampire.

It was that other girl again, Rine thought, the one with the tin-can friend.
Hey- nah.. Wait, maybe I should....
She jumped on top of a nearer building, before climbing over to another. The building she was on was across the one where the girl and tin-can was. Rine peeked over and spied on what the girl was doing.
