Actually, the cute guys everywhere is a hazard of us all being Western. Easterners are exotic and different and we're naturally attracted. Seto isn't actually all that good looking by Eastern standards, kind of like the Bill Gates of Japan. He just has that 'I am the greatest thing since hot drinks, bow mortals' air about him so he has fangirls anyway. I'll bet he has a fetish for Western chicks.
