Samuel looked lazily back at the building when he felt Siber break free. Worked long enough, I guess... Spotting spikes heading his way, he rolled his eyes. Kinesis? How... unoriginal. And easy to take out. That too. Oddity after oddity. Samuel raised a finger and flames flickered out and enveloped the oncoming spikes. The flames dissapated, and the spikes dropped to the floor of the lobby of the building.

Joe was about to charge Aurelie when the floor beneath him shivered and gave way a little more. Unfortunately enough, Joe was standing with on the portion that gave out.
He fell a few floors before he rolled over so that he was facing the ground. He a push and some energy, he created a pillar of wind and flame that slowed his descent until he gently landed on the ground.
"SAMUEL!" he roared, his voice still inhumanly shifting. "FIGHT ME!" He brandished his flaming sword, eager to destroy an enemy.

More smoke. More flames. More d$#m building being blown to smitherines. Wonderful.
The floor beneath her crumbled away to nothing as mighty pillars of fire began eating through everything. Immediately she closed both eyes and opened her third eye, useing the information from her shadows while she pulled a thick blanket of them around her. She tumbled down, straightening for body out as the smoke thickened. Finally she opened her eyes as the shadows whispered information to her. I am around the.. second floor? Good enough, stop here, make a hole, let me out.
The shadows swirled around her as her lungs began to burn. The effort to take small breaths, even with her shadows trying to let clean air through was not helping much. Her shadows raced ahead in an arc, blasting a section of the wall out. Then her momentum shifted as the shadows turned and she was taken out of the building through the hole like a bullet being shot out. As she hit the clean air she let out the breath she had been holding, blowing out a puff of smoke. Ha ha.
Her shadows rearranged to be like a black streak underneath her and she stood, hands on hips as she turned to look back at the building.
<... Shut up.>
Chaos rolled her eyes but began searching the skies. <..... There!>
Her shadows pointed towards the source of samuels magic, though she couldn't focus on him, her shadows turned and headed that way. Still, she did not turn her back to the building, but listened to where the others were and watched.
Suddenly remembering something she stomped her foot and sent a shadow demon winging its way up through the smoke to find Erik, uncertain if he could find a way out. She ordered the shadow to catch him and bring him outside safely, before turning back to where she was closer to Samuel now.
"Nice show."
((Gah, I get incapacitated for a few days after a week of waiting on something to happen and now Samuels back, -Yay!- , and we have skipped like two pages and somehow blown up the whole bottom part of the building, though for some reason the top is still intact enough for Legion and Helmsborough to keep fighting. Lol.
Anyways, if Samuel is still hidden somehow I will edit the post, I thought it seemed like he was outside just watching now and not hiding. So, If I am wrong, I will edit it accordingly.
Yes, big post, new stuff happening!! Woo! XD ))

Joe and Samuel faced off momentarily, only to be interrupted by Legion and Josh running out of the smoking building together.
Siber, Aurelie, Samuel, and Chaos looked at this and registered just how bad this must have gotten if they were running out together. As this realization set in, Chaos 'found' Erik, as Erik flew, screaming, from the smoke within the building. He was covered in blood and probably had several broken bones.
He landed on the ground, crying out again. His Firebat summon darted out from the building behind him, trailing smoke. A familiar barbed chain shot out from the building and wrapped around it. With a loud crunch, it was crushed within the metal links.
Jonathan Helmsborough emerged, wreathed in flames and the tatters of his old clothing.
"Temporary alliance!" Josh shouted to them to 'explain,' if his explanation could be called that.
"We will be enemies again tomorrow, but the Avatar of Abaddon must fall!" Legion roared.
"Beat me if you think you can!" Helmsborough roared. He swung his sword and a shockwave of flame and kinetic magic burst forth.
It was on.

Joe stepped forward as the shockwave tore its way at him and the others. He gave a quick glance at everyone; enemies only moments ago, but now allied to defeat this opponent. His honor forced him to keep from destroying the Legionairres.
He returned his gaze to the rapidly approaching deathwave as Roland finally managed to break his way into Joe's mind.

Joe's mental smile was wry as he sent a wordless consolation. Now that he was back in control of himself, his avatar state was beginning to fade. he decided to make use of it before it was gone from him.
Joe brought his sword of flame up and held it out, pointed straight at Helmsborough. "You! Will! Fall!" he roared in the last vestiges of shifty-voice-ness. He slammed the sword into the ground, point first. There was a boom and a loud crack.
Suddenly, walls of rock and dust were hurled into the air and flames were blasting their ways out of the newly formed chasms. The flames and earth caught the shockwave and brought it down, catching its momentum and absorbing it. The wave failed just before it could reach Josh and Legion as they ran.
Joe stood and cracked his neck. Did...was that...that was Earth, right?
Roland smiled triumphantly.
Joe nodded and raised his hand. "Let's do it!" he roared to his allies, new and old alike.

Siber gritted his teeth and halted the slash. Hell.
Keldan conceded.
"Chaos, don't be an arrogant bit...ter person again. I'll fly you and Aurelie down there if you won't put a knife in my back. If you do, Centauri will crush the breath from your lungs and the blood from your heart. I can save you some energy so you'll have it ready to fight the Avatar. If you don't want the lift, feel free to take Erik's route."
He turned sideways to them with the sword facing away, point down, waiting for them to climb onto the mass of tree limbs on his back so he could get the three of them down.
Siber felt something pushing its way into his brain. A ferocious and evil voice penetrated his thoughts. WHAT ABOUT GURUL?! WHAT ABOUT YOUR OATH?!
It's not something I can fulfill if I am dead, Lady Rusalka.
You b*****d!! If you side with him, I'll have your throat.
Aware that she was beyond reason, Siber sliced the connection between the two of them.
Keldan pressed in a much calmer state of mind.

((assassinatrix, just an FYI, but Sammy was on the ground.)) Samuel blinked at seeing Legion and Josh rush out the door next to him, and the additional chaos this added. wonderful>
A huge sphere of flames burst up around Samuel and then flew up to rest in the air five or six floors up and about half a block off, looking down at the moving figures as all the Warlocks poured out of the building. Chains suddenly came forth from the doors.
"We will be enemies again tomorrow, but the Avatar of Abaddon must fall!" Legion roared.
The distorted sphere of flame surrounding them began to shift rapidly, obviously in an attempt to screen the location of the one within. A fairly successful attempt, as well...
