The demon growled softly at Kalore to reprimand him and kissed his cheek. "Hush brat." He muttered softly until he dozed off to sleep. The demon was abit more relaxed now and hopefully he would still be like this once Kalore was up so that they could be able to talk through all this mess and then set it aside to go back to something normal. Perhaps he could even bring this up to Gambler to have Kalore never to go back to Eri no matter what debt had to be paid. If anything he would go work for Kalore and use each month as a year's worth of work. Or something like that.
After a few hours, Joker had changed out the IV bags and finally removed them after the last bag was finished. Taking abit of Kalore's blood now he checked to see that the drug was nearly out of his system, only a few doses worth remained. Though it wasn't nothing serious. The elf only needed to drink and eat something to absorb the rest.
The doctor removed the needle and placed a bandage on that spot. Leaving them again, he came back after another few hours to wake up Monty and Kalore. "Wake up. I have some important things to tell you so that you both can go back to being loud." He said, watching them.

In the hours that it took to do all this, Kalore had slept surprisingly peaceful. When Joker would mess with the bags, he would shift and almost whimper, but after a while, that even stopped. Soon he was resting with his hand by his head, tilting towards where he knew Monty was by the heat and sense alone. When he was trying to be woken up, however, his eyes fluttered open and panic overcame him for a brief moment. He was still blindfolded and he wasn’t completely sure that he could handle that as he shot up, breath coming fast as he touched the blindfold, bringing it down just enough for him to squint his eyes. The light still hurt, horribly, but it wasn’t so bad that he had to go and hide from it.
“W-What?” Voice hoarse, the first thing that the other noticed was that he could move his arm without a prickling sensation going down it. The second thing that Kalore noticed was that he could stand sitting up without the world spinning like some tilt-a-whirl. Those were good things, but he was still dizzy. He still was in pain, and he still felt like he was going to pass out at any moment. Food was something that he needed… badly.

Growling loudly, the demon wrapped his arm around the elf and dropped him back down on the pillow, grumbling. "Shut up." He muttered grumpy, ignoring Joker. Rolling his eyes, Joker sat on top of Monty and looked at Kalore. "Your almost better Kalore. All you need to do is eat and drink alot to get the rest out of your system. Once you do that and regain your strength you will be good as new. I promise." He smiled.
The demon snapped at Joker, throwing him off and sitting up with a fierce scowl. "You son of a b*tch. Your lucky Kalore said I can't kill you because that's what I want to do right now." He snarled low. Joker grinned. "Then wake up and you will know your elf is out of the danger zone. Now then, there's bread bites on a plate. Moist that up with some water so it can go down smooth if just the bread itself doesn't help." He said and stood up, picking his stuff up. "You feel anything else that might bother you so I can give you something now for it or no?"

Squinting through the harsh light, Kalore simply nodded before he watched Joker being thrown off of the demon, sighing softly. He began to sit up, having to stop for a moment as he felt the world around him spinning once more. “O-Okay.” When the man offered to test for something and give him something to take, his body tensed and he shook his head, too quickly to be healthy as he was soon clutching his head again. With the long legs drawn up to him, he groaned again before looking at the other. “I… I don’t want anything else that’s even slightly medicated, Joker… Just… no more.” Kalore was thankful that the other was helping him, but there were some things that he couldn’t do.

Joker rolled his eyes. "I don't give people medication you half wit. I'm not that kind of doctor." He growled and placed a green bottle on the nightstand next to Monty. "If he throws up again, you put this in the water so that it can stay in his stomache as well as ease his throat and stomache lining. The last thing he needs if for the acids in him to burn that and his throat away. I could do throat operations but heaven help the elf if I'm not twitching on that day." He said, then placed a eye drop bottle.
"He looks chinese or something. Put two drops in his eyes to ease it some. Cover his eyes and then slowly remove them in the light gradually until he can see." He ordered. The demon nodded and pushed Kalore back gently and covered his eyes. "Will you let me do as Joker asks?" The doctor chuckled and waved to Monty. "Call me if anything happens alright? I want a report as soon as possible. While your at it, call up Gambler and tell her what's happening." He said in a serious tone as he left them alone.

“Then what’s that?” Muttering for a moment, he looked away again before biting his lip softly, shaking his head again before curling up just a bit into himself. He didn’t like this… and he didn’t like Joker being there at the moment. For some reason, his fears were coming back but his body wasn’t going into a panic at the memories. Instead, he just kept thinking about it and kept thinking about it, not knowing how to get the thoughts out of his mind. Instead of fighting against it, he simply sighed and looked down, not completely sure that he would know what to do with all of this.
Before he could answer the other, however, Monty was covering his eyes and he bit his lip again at the thought of something going into his eyes. He was worried now about that but the thought of telling Gambler about all of this.. . Was she going to be angry at him? Kalore had a feeling that she would be, especially if rave was there. He knew that the dark haired man was furious with him, especially knowing that he allowed himself to sink so low with Eri once again. “Do we… Do we have to call them though?” his voice was hoarse at the thought of it, just wondering what it was that Gambler and Rave would say to this. Then again, he wasn’t thinking of them as the people they were but as the last images and words that he had from them.

"These things that Joker gave you are just potions. He makes things out of natural herbs and tests them out on his own to know what sort of affects they would have for certain illness." He kissed the elf's cheek lightly and pressed his face close to him while taking up the eye drops. "Would you like to put the eye drops on your own? It's to clear them." He murmured holding it out to Kalore's hand. "As for calling Gambler...We have to. If anything she might be able to convince Rave to have you not go back to the club if this is what's going to happen to you."

He shook his head some, knowing that he couldn’t do that himself. “I… I don’t think that I can put them in myself…” Muttering his words, he bit his lip again, knowing that he was probably creating a scar with all of the biting and tearing that he was doing to himself. He didn’t think too much about it, however, as he was watching Monty’s face, so close to him, looking more and more worried with each word. “I… I don’t want to go back to Eri’s…” Whispering again, he soon looked down, his hair covering his face from the light but also from Monty. “Gambler… She didn’t… She wasn’t happy with me before… I know that. Joker seems… he seems to be over it but… Won’t she be upset with me?”

The demon snorted and rolled his eyes. "Upset at you? I think if she saw me with you, no doubt that Gambler will steal you away to protect you from me." He grumbled as he lifted Kalore's chin. "Now keep your eyes open so I can give you a drop in your eyes. It might feel odd but it's for your own good." He murmured softly. "Or would you like to not have this and just drink abit of that potion?"

Kalore bit his lip softly as he listened to him, slowly nodding, “I-I guess so…” he didn’t think that gambler would act like that but he knew better than to continue to argue, especially in the state that he was in now. “I-I guess do the d-drops and… and then tr-try to eat something…” He didn’t sound convinced but all of this was new to him. He wasn’t used to anyone helping him through his withdraws but Eri… and he caused all of them, though he hadn’t really known it at the time. Being with someone that legitimately wanted to help him, though… he didn’t know what to think about it. Instead of thinking of it, Kalore looked up at Monty, having to shield his eyes from the light, his body seeming more fragile than before, as he continued to watch him. “W-What did he say that he wanted me to try and eat?”

Monty shook his head and let the eye drop bottle settle on the nightstand. "Joker wants you to drink water and juices and some soft bread. If your body can't hold that down then to drink a bit of the potion to help it stay down. You need the nutrients otherwise it will be slow for you to recover." He said, standing up to stretch then leaned over to kiss the elf's forehead. "Try to get the eye drops one each in the eyes and I will bring the food and drink. Afterwards, we are going to call Gambler." He said, with a stern look.
Joker returned to work after seeing to Monty and Kalore. Hopefully those things did help the elf, even though he looked seriously wary about those things he left behind. Yet what the doctor should have been more wary of was leaving his medcine in his desk drawers as he entered his large office. Closing the door and locking it so that no one would enter, which was unlikely since there wasn't anyone who worked on his lonely floor or allowed unless with special permission.
Joker walked over to the desk and sat down. Sighing some he checked his watch and nodded. It was time for him to take some of his meds to keep up his control and his twitching to a minimum. Taking a few of those pills he swallowed them and drowned them with water. Yet....Something in Joker still as he kept staring at the bottle. The pills didn't look like the one's he normally drank.
What the hell?! Joker's eyes went wide as he felt something begin to burn inside him. Clutching the opened bottle he got up from his chair making it fall back with a loud crash as he was trying to cough up the pills. It was no use, he moved quickly to towards the door only to find himself down flat on his stomache.
No noise came from him as he was trying to call out for help or for something. The pills had fallen out of the bottle to spread around him. Turning on his back the insane man was twitching and coughing up blood, knowing for a fact that he was poisoned. This wasn't good. Who the hell would do this to him?! Trying to breathe Joker's view started to blur. Then a dark figure stood over his body, unrecognizable yet the voice was definiately familiar.
"Such a pity. To become so dependent on medicine that will ultimately kill you. Such a pity." Sin drawled as he walked away from the poisoned Joker who's eyes were wide. Slowly, very slowly he was suffering in silence as the enemy left him without leaving an clues. That would have been too easy and he wasn't an easy enemy.
Joker stared as his vision turned to black, blue veins showed on his face and neck as the blood continued to flow out of his mouth. It was such a pity. No one knew that Joker had returned to the hospital and if they did, then they wouldn't bother the poor man at his work that he cherished the most.

He took the bottle of drops but it was obvious that he really didn’t want to take the drops. Biting his lip again, Kalore’s teeth were beginning to taint red as he glanced up at him, “F-Fine.” He definitely didn’t like this but as he watched the eye dropper and watched Monty go get something for him to eat, Kalore took in a breath and just did as he was told. Trying to get the drop in his eye was near impossible, so he simply put it in the crease, turning his head so that it would get into his eye. It took two drops for it to work, but soon he could open his eyes fully as he was still shielding from the light, but not quite as badly as before. Now he just had to face Gambler… Lovely.

Coming up to the bedroom with a tray of different foods for the elf, the demon set it on the bed with himself seated. On the tray was a small bowl of shreded bread, the soft part of the bread actually, then there was a small plate of chopped strawberries and another was of chopped bananas. Another was a bowl of mashed potatoes. How Joker managed to do that in the few hours he spent here was short of amazing. It was actually very nice of him.
There was a small glass of juice that the demon made for Kalore made from strawberries he knew the elf would possibly jump for. Pointing to the tray the demon went to pick up his phone to dial Gambler. Well, Monty looked at Kalore and sighed softly. "I'm going to call her alright? I think she needs to see you like this as proof." The last thing he wanted was to just call her and say these things happened just because he hated Eri. If anything, this would hopefully get Kalore away from that fiend as soon as possible and away from him forever.

Glancing over at Monty when he came back, his eyes widened at the food but strayed on the strawberries that were right there. It had been a long time since he had been able to really enjoy the delicious fruit. Eri had given them to him, yes, but with the drugs, taste was put off so badly that he barely even recognized the fruit. Not that it really mattered to him, seeing as he had been drugged happy and all but still. Sighing softly, he reached out for the strawberries first but knew better, shaking his head as he forced himself to take the bread. Kalore was hesitant but he took a bite, almost gagging as his throat was too dry to be able to take it now.
He looked over at the other, nodding slightly but fear was still in his eyes, “You... You really have to call Gambler? What… What if Rave’s with her?” Kalore didn’t really know what either person had been doing in the time that he had been gone, so he didn’t know of Rave spending most of his time back in Ellwood. Rave was with Gambler, however, with his brows furrowed in his sleep. Dreams had been something that he hadn’t had in a long time, but instead of dreaming of his love, Gambler, it was Isabelle… why? Why was she haunting his dreams now?

Monty gave the elf a fierce glare. The someone he gave Joker. Though somehow it was a bit softened up for the elf yet it held it's purpose. "If she doesn't see evidence of your abuse at the hands of Eri, then your going to be forced to go back there." He growled. "Think of it like the courts. If there is no evidence, despite my word and yours being the truth as well as Joker witnessing all he's seen, it wouldn't be enough to prevent you from going back there."
Damn if the demon had ever considered a career change, he would have to consider entering as a lawyer because that was a good arguement. Then again the demon was good at argueing and getting his way. Flaring his nostrils a bit, he dialed Gambler's number.
The phone buzzed and buzzed and buzzed. Gambler opened one eye and started to wiggle around out of Rave's hold to get the phone. Grabbing it from her jacket, she flicked it open. "What?" The demon told her to come to his home. The boss was actually surprised that the demon called her. He barely did. It even surprised her that he asked her to come to his house. "Why? Your not going to kill me right?" She asked, blinking away sleep.
Monty growled and glared at the wall. "I would have killed you already now come here now. It has to do with Kalore." He snapped. Gambler's sleepy mind left her body as she was putting her clothes on quickly. "Alright. I'm coming over." Hanging up she looked around for her shoes. Where the hell was her shoes? Grumbling she was throwing everything in her room here and there, all of those objects flying over Rave with ease to not wake her precious man up.
Hanging up the phone, Monty went to sit down with Kalore and offered the strawberry juice. "If this doesn't help then I'm going to have you sip some water." He murmured, softening his gaze and his manners for Kalore.
