He kept close to him, almost snuggling into the other as he was thankful that the man wasn’t leaving him to make the call. Looking up at Monty, he had to admit that he was surprised that the man was allowing him to stay this close to him. Wasn’t he disgusted by him? Kalore didn’t think that he looked all that great at the moment so… surely the man was insane to want him near him. Then again, when Joker’s hello came onto the phone, Kalore had to cover his mouth, shaking his head some. That was his greeting? Seriously? Chuckling softly at Monty’s words, he simply shook his head.
“No killing… maybe some maiming, but no killing.” He laughed softly but soon was coughing, covering his mouth as he looked away. A wince came from the elf as he felt more pain in his chest from the action, groaning softly before he shook his head again. “Ow…” He tried to keep himself quiet but sometimes that was just impossible to do so. Looking back up at the other, Kalore was watching him as he was peaking softer than before, not wanting any pain to come back to him. “How did he know that it was you? You hadn’t said anything.”

Monty growled and held Kalore close. "Are you telling me what to do?" Which if Kalore was, the demon would most likely listen. Despite everything only Kalore was capable of telling the demon that he can't kill anyone and listen. Was that crazy or what? Yet when the elf was in pain the demon gave him a serious look. "No laughing, elf." He grumbled not wanting him to be in pain. "I think because I don't say anything he knows it's me." He shrugged not knowing how but he did know that they had a few minutes of peace before Joker did come over.

Kalore couldn’t help but smile as he nodded, “I am telling you what to do.” He smiled just a bit more, but nodded at the other once more as he rested back against the bed. “I… I missed this…” Before Monty could be curious on what it was that he meant, Kalore pulled the demon gently down to him, finally capturing his lips for real this time, not allowing himself to chicken out again. Kissing him gently, hesitantly almost, the elf sighed softly. Just this contact was relaxing him, making it to where he was more comfortable and in the least amount of pain that he had been in for a while.
They only had a few minutes so he parted the kiss soon enough, but he wished that it could have lasted for longer. He didn’t know if Monty would be okay with it so he looked away, a flash of worry on his already pained face. Hopefully he didn’t mind but Kalore had been serious. He had missed being able to kiss the demon; touching him, holding him, being held by him… it had all been things that he had missed way more than he had thought that he ever would. He also missed telling the demon what to do and actually having him listen - - sometimes - - but the kisses and care were the big things that he had missed.

Grumbling a bit the demon was caught off guard by the kiss. It was....perfect and he missed it. The demon couldn't lie to himself but he did miss this. Yet the kiss was too short for his liking. Moving his hand to lift Kalore's chin he leaned down to kiss the elf on his own without hesitation. Damn he missed those lips against his. It was like taking in some sort of drug. It was really intoxicating and it made him want to never stop kissing him.
As he continued to kiss Kalore he didn't notice that there was footsteps coming up the stairs or that the light switch was flicked on and also that Joker stood there watching them with a raised brow. "You want me to work around you both or come back later?" He drawled, slightly amused.

Eyes widening as he felt Monty kissing him back, Kalore didn’t know what to do at first when he had felt the hand on his chin. He had thought for sure that Monty would be mad at him or something but soon he was kissing him deeply, keeping the demon close. He faintly heard someone coming up the steps but before he could part and say something, the switch was turned and Kalore gave a soft sound of pain as he turned away, almost clutching his head at the sudden light. To be hours without the light and the searing pain that the light gave him, to have it suddenly there with no warning… it hurt. Badly.

Monty growled and covered Kalores head with his arms, glaring at Joker. "You damned idiot! You almost killed Kalore's eyes!" He snapped at the doctor who raised his brow higher. "So it's him that's injuried?" He asked, shutting off the light and frowning into the darkest. "What's wrong with Kalore? You didn't hurt him again did you Monty? Damnit, stop hurting the man you like so much." He snapped back glaring back in the darkness.
The demon stiffen and growled low. "You will learn to keep your mouth shut and just work damnit. Kalore's been drugged severely and needs it flushed out of his system...." The demon told Joker all that had happened from entering here to the vomitting and wanting another alternative that was safer. Monty didn't tell Joker anything before that since it was Kalore's business and Joker didn't ask. So that meant the insane man would have figured it out on his own.
"Alright but I need the light to work in. Get a blindfold and put it on him. Kalore I'm going to ask that you trust me and Monty until your healthy alright? Can you do that for me?" He asked gently to the elf.

The harsh and loud words from both men had him covering his ears as well, whimpering softly as his stomach was already churning again. Why was it that the symptoms were so bad now? They had seemed to go away when he felt the demon close to him, being able to kiss and hold him, but now they seemed to be back with a vengeance. When the two seemed to calm down, he hesitantly put down his hands as his eyes began to slowly open, watching the two. Eyes widening once more as he heard the other’s words, Kalore wasn’t too sure that he would be okay with being blindfolded. He could tell that Joker wasn’t mad at him but… still.
Looking from one man to the other, his eyes only able to see bits of their silhouettes, he bit his lip harder than before, reopening the wound as he stopped once he tasted blood. “I…” Kalore was thankful that Monty didn’t say all that had happened with Eri and all of the months that he had been there, but would Joker need to know that? Hell, more importantly, would he be able to handle being blindfolded while the man worked? Closing his eyes a bit, still worried and ready for the panic that was already overcoming him, Kalore nodded. “O-Okay.” He just hoped that his nerve would stick with him so that the panic didn’t win out again.

The demon stiffened more and looked at Kalore, scolding himself for yelling and making the elf suffer more. Sitting up he looked at Kalore as he moved to catch a blindfold from Joker. Gently, he placed the fold over Kalore's eyes and secured it over his eyes so that the lights could be on.
Sighing softly, the doctor came over slowly and touched Kalore's wrist. "Hello Kalore. It's good to see you again. I think we can flush out the drugs from your system but it might take a bit of time to do so. I will also want to check for other things as well as take you blood so that I can better understand what's in your system." He said, taking out a metal pole.
It enlonged to a long pole with hooks on it and a stand, placing it next to Kalore. It was the kind of pole used to hold the IV and the IV bags that Joker was bringing out and setting up. Taking that same arm from Kalore he felt around for any veins that he could use. Monty on the other hand layed next to the elf to comfort him and not wanting to let him go. Nuzzling his cheek he hoped that would distract him from the needle that Joker readied after placing a rubber band around the elf's arm to help pop the vein up.
Once the little alcohol pad cleansed the area, he pressed the needle to the vein and slowly pushed so it could pop through. Monty chose that moment to really get the elf to be distracted when he pressed his lips to the ear and whispered ever so softly for only Kalore to hear, "I missed you."

Breath coming faster than before, Kalore was panicking more as he felt the blindfold going on him and the man touching his wrist. He could tell that it wasn’t Monty before Joker even spoke, knowing the differences in hands immediately. Biting his lip again, he didn’t stop when he tasted the blood but instead looked away, even though there was nothing for him to see. No light got through the blindfold but as he heard sounds of Joker preparing for… whatever it was that he was going to do, his panic levels went up incredible. Without knowing what it was that was going on, the small bits of drugs that continued to fight his mind were working hard to make sure that he remained panicked.
When he felt Monty next to him, the elf reached out but he couldn’t embrace him as he had before. He could feel the tourniquet around his arm, causing his body to stiffen again as he whimpered. The elf hated needles, he hated the cold feeling of the alcohol on his arm, and he hated the sound of the needle being prepped. Shaking his head again, he was about to tell them to stop before he heard Monty’s words. Shocked for just the right amount of time, Kalore’s eyes were wide behind the blindfold as he wasn’t completely sure that he had heard him right. “W-What?” Voice soft, he was turning his head but just that action caused him to shiver as he was forced to realize just how close Monty’s lips were to him. He was fine with that, however, but… had Monty really missed him?

Joker easily let the needle slide into Kalore's arm and taped it down so it would be secured. Starting the IV's he had two bags up. One of the bags was empty and starting to suck in the taint that was in the bloodstream whereas the other was full of clear liquid that would help replace all that was leaving the elf's body. "Let's do this for about a few hours. I want to see if there's anything here you can try to eat in small amounts to speed up the detoxing."
Joker gave Monty instructions to not let the elf move a single muscle. Not even to twitch or to scratch anything. With that the insane man walked out of the room to the kitchen to look around for bread. The demon reached up to stroke the elf's cheek and kissed his ear. "You heard what I said." He murmured, holding the elf's hand firmly. "I missed you."

Giving a soft sound of pain when the needle was in his arm and taped down, fear spiked through him again as he heard that he couldn’t move. Surely he could move a little? He understood not being able to move one arm, but he was trapped here? For hours? Anyone that knew the elf knew that he couldn’t stay still so why would Joker make him do this? Whimpering softly again, Kalore shook his head, not wanting to stay like this for hours until the man said that he could move. With Monty’s words, however, he moved just enough to be facing the other, squeezing Monty’s hand as he noticed that they were close once more.
“I… I missed you… I missed you too…” Whispering his words, he turned his cheek into the touch from the demon, relishing in the warmth as he spoke softly, only doing so once he knew that the insane man was gone. “I… I don’t have to… to leave once… once I get better… r-right?” Maybe it was him being bold but he really didn’t think that he could take leaving this man again. Kalore hoped and prayed to his Goddess that Monty wouldn’t make him leave, but there was no reassuring breeze that he got when he knew that he would get his way. The Goddess favored him over many others, but she couldn’t control other people, especially those that weren’t of her faith. Kalore was left with only wondering what Monty would say and praying, hoping, that it would be in his favor.

Monty cupped the elf's cheek, no more fighting anything as the effor to do so was starting to weigh down on him. "Hush Kalore. We can talk after your better and bothering me for strawberries." He murmured and kissed his cheek gently, moving close with his eyes shutting slowly.
Yeah the demon was very tired. "And....You are free to come and go as you please. You know that." Hoepfully the elf would remember that since the demon didn't control Kalore....Even if he wanted to keep that elf here forever chained to his bed. Hmm that wasn't a bad image at all.

The hand on his cheek calmed him for a moment as he slowly nodded, closing his eyes from beneath the blindfold. “O-Okay.” Biting his lip softly, it took Kalore a moment to speak but he was able to get his words out, “C-Can we… can we turn off the light so… so I don’t have to keep the blindfold on?” Kalore’s voice was still soft but he was beginning to come to himself. He could feel a cold chill constantly going down his arm and he was almost tempted to take off the blindfold and face the light, just to see what it was that Joker had him hooked up to. Then again, he knew that doing something like that would end up putting him in yet another panic so.. maybe it was for the best that he didn’t see.
But the longer that he remained like this, blindfolded and told not to move, he was reminded of more than one night where this wouldn’t have been such a horrible thing. The thoughts were quickly forced out of his mind before a blush could set in. Now wasn’t the time to be thinking of things like that, no matter how hard it was to not do so. The nights that he had spent with the demon… there were few things that he could think of that were better.

"No." The demon said and had to smirk a bit. "Even I won't go against Joker's orders in this field. It's for your own good that you don't move too much. At the very least, be grateful Joker didn't put you to sleep." He murmured, caressing Kalore's stomache lightly. "Just relax. Joker will never do something that will hurt you. It's not in him to do that to his friends." The demon reasoned. "Sleep and I promise you it will be all better." Especially when it was Joker who was giving Kalore some state of the art fluids that he tested on himself.

“But…” The whine was beginning to come back into his voice; a good sign. He was in pain, but he was at least coming back into himself. The memory of when he lost his voice in Kyin’s tower came back to him as he remembered making fun of Monty on his notebook. And then, of course, throwing it at his head… that had been a fun part. A small smile was on his lips as he sighed, “First I couldn’t speak, now I can’t see…” Relaxing a bit, the man was pouting a bit as his eyes closed behind the blindfold again. “Not fair...” But he began to drift off into sleep, at least trying to do as he was told… for once.
