i haven't been caught yet. my brother walked in on me reading a yaoi manga, but it was a normal talking scene. but if my family did find out, they would probably disown me...because of the thought of their little baby looking at pictures of 2D men getting it on is unspeakable...even though i'm 18.

My mom finds yaoi in my room all the time. She just lectures me not to bring it home anymore, (which I do anyway; I think I have a few hardcore books in my room right now, in fact.) And I read them at school.

My college professor caught me reading yaoi in class. I had put Junjuo Romantica vol 8 inside a book of poetry by billy collins and i didnt know he really loved billy collins so he came to look at what poem series I was reading. I was reading a graphic sex scene and walked up the stairs to my desk and bent over and almost fell backwards. At first he was horrified, but I let him borrow one of the books and after reading it he understood what it was about and that I wasnt reading porn in class and wasnt mad anymore hahahhah.
The only thing that went thru my mind was....if I get expelled from college for reading yaoi my parents are going to kill me.

I was sort of "caught"... I had a bunch of pictures saved on my computer in a folder. My husband (at the time, he was my boyfriend) liked using my computer to surf the web, because he did not have internet access. While I was at work, my honey found my folder. redface He called and left a message on my phone, laughing (not meanly) and joking about me being a degenerate. We laugh about it now, but I was so embarrassed at the time! I'm so thankful he was so cool about it, and its great we don't have secrets from each other. I think it actually makes him proud that I'm every bit as pervy as he. How lucky am I?

Nope, not once. Heheh, I'm like a ninja! But during school I'll sit in computer class, when we have a free day, and I will look through a few of my yaoi pictures and so a whole bunch peoples eyes will get HUGE! It's so funny! BUt at home I would be KILLED if I was caught reading yaoi, so I keep it a secret, so no one in my family knows. ninja

My mom might get over it quickly since all her co-workers are gay(when I say all I mean ALL).
My dad might behead me and send it to my mom.
My grandmother might accept me since Im her first grandchild.
My grandfather might beat me up till I forgot about yaoi.
My brother might avoid me at first but he'll get over it(I actually enjoy teasing him myself!)
My dead grandma might drag me down to hell if she finds out.

I normally read it online cause i don't have enough money to buy my own (plus my mom normally checks out what i buy crying ) but everytime my mom walks in my room while have the door closed WITHOUT KNOCKING evil I always shut the Internet off really fast. she gets seriously pissed cause she knows im up to something lol xd if my dad found out he'd kill me, bring me back to life, and kill me again crying gonk lol but i have never been caught cause im sneaky like a ninja llama ninja dramallama

Nope, never been caught. It wouldn't matter much if I did, since I'm legally able to read this stuff. I mean, I leave my laptop with NC17 incest/bondage/rape fic, graphic webcomic, etc. on the kitchen table all the time, and no one gives a s**t.
Now, when my Da comes downstairs, that's what I make a made rush to minimize everything on the screen, but that's more out of courtesy to him than to avoid getting in trouble, since he has no say over what I am and am not allowed to do.
