So... sooo... SO SO freaking COLD..... eek
And Oh Love, we can start up our unfinished spar now. Once someone grades my training session I'm pretty sure my character will boost up to level 5. Even if it doesn't I'm just going to go ahead and start it anyway xD

I'll be glad when this dratted cold ends once and for all. I love snow and all, don't mistake me, but when it starts coming down sporadically and covering the roads with slush, it starts to get real ugly. And then to top it off, it turns to ice and completely covers the whole place up xD I've fallen down like 14 times already this month, and I want it to STOP!! emotion_donotwant

I know this isn't a "must do" kind of thing for posts, but can you all add a picture to your posts(just once is ok, you don't have to do it for every post unless, of course, you want to ^^) so I can see who I'm talking to without having to go back to the Shinobi Scroll every time I try to figure out who I'm talking to? I know you all by your Gaia names but I can't tell who's who in the rp with so many people around xD I know bb codes can be a b***h sometimes but you all chose you pics when you made your profile, so it shouldn't be that much of a bother, right? (glances hopefully around) I'd really appreciate it if you did. Thanks smile
And again, this isn't a must, so if you really don't feel motivated enough or you just don't care, then feel free to ignore me xD I look forward to rping with you all!

I am very curious as to how the new folks grew exceptionally confused in how training is arranged. As stipulated in the relevant thread:
In each training, only one ability or skill is used.
Therefore, the format is...
Training X
DC: a solid roll of 10 even after accounting for the ability/skill that training enhances
Formula: 1d20 + whatever ability/skill that training enhances
And a task that requires multiple abilities/skills? Think about how to break it up.
The case of multiple rewards isn't based on how many different types of skills you shoved into one stage of training. The case of multiple rewards is based on careful discretion discussed between graders of how whatever it is that you are doing could potentially be beneficial toward your RPC's other capabilities (how it relates).
Please fix it.

The confusion came from searching the guild and looking at other counties for inspiration for training. At least 2 countries have this training, one of which is water. I forgot what the second one is. If this is not allowed at all I will fix it as due need but I suggest fixing the academies that do have this not to create confusion, unless this is solely just a Konoha thing.

What other countries may be doing without monitor is another matter. What I do not comprehend is why not look at the older members of Konoha's best training as examples? If I was new and did not know how to train despite directions most likely existing, I would've followed the seniors in stylistic arrangement rather than what the people in another subforum may be doing incorrectly. Asking questions are welcomed. We do not bite. Furthermore, this thread is what really gets me, because it leaves nothing open to question on format.

Could you link me to where this is happening? As far as I know everyone is doing things correctly in Kiri. In the extra credit zone under chakra. Thats where I got the formula. There is 1 or 2 other places but I don't remember where and not exactly looking to go find them again at the moment.
