Daniel jerked a bit as he pulled back, and rolled over his back to her.

Winter woke up the next morning and sighed gently, not wanting to move from the bed. Her eyelids drooped again, but she fought to keep them open.

Daniel continued to sleep keeping his hands in front of him "go back to sleep winter" he said sleeply

Winter smiled weakly and said softly, "I can't sleep.." She pulled the covers to her chin and shivvered slightly.

Daniel looked at her a bit "just take some sleeping pills alright. it will help you go back to sleep" he said gently

Winter didn't move. "I shouldn't go back to sleep.... too many nightmares..." She shivvered again andlooked at Daniel gently.

Daniel looked at her "you should think happy thoughts then the nightmares stay away winter" he said calmly

Winter nodded vaguely, "Maybe. I'll try it again.." She took deep breaths and pretended to sleep.

Winter fell off into actual sleep, not in any dream or nightmares yet.

daniel sat up, keeping on eye of winter just incase he needed to wake her up. he stretched an looked at the crib then back to his hands

Winter stayed still and slept normally, except her mind was filled with nightmares.

Daniel watched Winter as he flinched a bit, holding his hands tight. "winter you really need to stop with these nightmares"he said quietly
