Mala shook her head slightly, snickering to herself at Van's silliness. She continued to lead them along the road for awhile longer before she realised something. "Hey...do either of you know the way to the next settlement?"

Mala burst out into laughter. "I thought one of you knew! Well, I guess we'll be traveling through the wilderness until we find another province or we can head back to the previous town. I don't mind either way." she said.

Mikhael slipped a hand behind his back for a moment, before slipping away towards the bar. He'd let the swordsman do... whatever he was doing. He let his mind settle for a moment before sitting down.

Romain thanked the bartender for the information on where various food stores were, and walked over to her partner and the women he was talking to. "So. What's this I hear about a God of Thieves?"

Mikhael took a swig from the drink given to him by the bartender. He watched as the female returned to The swordsman. He wasn't within earshot of the two, but could still hear the conversation. He'd planted a small animal skull in the wall. He'd rather find out without having to converse with too many people.

Mala nodded. "Great. We'll do that, then. If we need food, I'm sure we can find some berries or we could hunt something anyway." she said, thinking oddly positively at the moment. It was most likely an after-effect of getting Van out of Riley's body or something.

{The dock town that Van and Mala escaped from is ruled by the tyrranical Jaquel, the home town Riley and Mala lived in was destroyed by a currently-seemingly-non-existant-demon(Gage), a ship was stolen from Jaquel's town by Van and Mala as they escaped and headed to a town that would takes hours of a fast boatride to get to, and Van was recently released by a Priest and Mala from the ring and Riley's body.
Currently, the three(or Mala and Riley, at least) are going to train their skills so that they can take down Jaquel in vengeance for their previous humiliation. After that, Van and Atius are going to face off against one another in some epic battle or something.}

"That is very specific." Lin said to the blue-haired girl who he was sitting next to. "Thank you for your time." Lin stood up and walked to Mikhael. "Well," he said to the man, "we've discovered quite a bit. Is that mead?"
Romain, on the other hand, was attempting to dress down the two women.

"Very well. For Riley's sake, though, don't skin the hunt near him." Mala said, pretty sure that Riley would freak out if he saw an animal carcass before it was properly taken apart and being cooked.

"I know you aren't that cruel, but if it does somehow happen I want you to be unable to say that I didn't say you couldn't." Mala said with a shrug. "Seriously, I doubt he'd want to see blood. He'd cry every time I came home with an injury when he was younger. Which was often."
