His heart still ached at the sight of her, but he forced the feelings away. He slowly sweeped his gaze across the entire Clan before speaking to her in a flat whisper.
“If it means you, Thunderpaw, and the Clans will live to see another day, then I'd gladly throw my life away without another thought.”

[Sorrow pierced her heart.]
"Stormclan couldn't have asked for a better apprentice." she whispered, achingly lonely.
Are you leaving me too? she thought, pained.
[She looked at him, her eyes a bit brighter than usual.]
"Promise me, you won't die." she mewed clearly.
"Promise." she mewed urgently.

H a w k p a w“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”___________________________ Hawkpaw wanted to dart out of the camp at that moment. He felt his skin flush with heat at Moonkit's comment, and then chill to a cold more bitter than the nights of leafbare when she pleaded him to promise. A glimmer of amusement flashed back into Hawkpaw's eyes, and he touched Moonkit's shoulder with his tail.
“Silverstar hasn't even said that I'm allowed to go yet! I even doubt that she even will.”
Hawkpaw sighed, his tail drooping. Honestly, the tom just didn't want to answer Moonkit.

 IceStorm laughed at Hawkpaw's reply to her. then she remained silent as she heard Moonkit and Hawkpaw talk. She sighed. "Look. If you want to put your life on the line so badly, Ill do you a favor. We will start training tommorow at Dawn." IceStorm looked at Hawkpaw with her blue eyes. "Fighting. but also remember this. if you want to put your life on the line make sure it will be worth it." she told her apprentice.

Guys, I noticed one thing as I was reading: the meeting place, for lack of a better term, is called the Fernhill, not the Highrocks. It's a small-er hill that is about the size of the Highrock in ThunderClan and in greenleaf beautiful green fern bloom on it. Silverstar's den is behind it.
@Timber: Thanks so much for doing this for me. I am just so busy for the time being. It means so much, especially in a time like this. 8D
Also, great job everyone! Keep it up! I promise to be back in action soon! wink

[Moonkit smiled wryly.]
I understand.. No one really stays for long.. they all end up leaving.. she thought sadly.
[She turned away and muffled a good bye as Icestorm began to speak.
She wanted to run away from all her troubles but she couldn't.
She turned her head away from the sky.
She didn't like the way it could just scoop her up and steal her heart away.
She turned to the earth, where her paws lay firmly planted.
She eyes looked down at her paws.
4 little neat stripes for when the dream land welcomed her.]
Welcome me.. she said as her body swayed with the tugging sensation.
[Her mind wandered slowly, as if reluctant to leave the earth.]

Now slightly disheartened, he sighed, flattening his ears for a moment before turning back to his mentor with wide eyes. He jumped to his paws, kneading the ground as he stood before Icestorm with excited eyes.
“Thank you, Icestorm. I'll be there.”
Dawn...The word echoed in him mind. It'd be the day that he'd truly begin his warrior training.

IceStorm laughed as she watched her apprentice knead the ground. She looked to the skies. *Dawn...* It was at Dawn that IceStorm's mother first taught her how to fight. She closed her eyes, lost in the memory of her mother, brothers, and sister. She sighed. *I will teach my apprentice everything i know about fighting. he will be a great and strong warrior* she thought to herself. "Make sure you get enough sleep tonight. Dont forget to eat as well, you will need your strength." She told him.

“Yes, got it...Would you mind asking Silverstar to think about my offer? I've got to take care of something that's been crawling in my fur this past moon...”
Hawkpaw dipped his head to both Icestorm and Silverstar once more before pelting off in the direction of Moonkit. As he approached her, a wave of pain hit him, making him veer off towards the fresh-kill pile. He snatched up a thrush before lying down near the apprentices' den to eat.

Moonkit
[A few pawsteps brought her back to Stormclan.
In a few moments she would've been wandering in a land of dreams.
She turned around and saw a brown pelt flourishingly sitting itself down in front of the apprentice's den.
Her eyes didn't want to look at him anymore.
It hurt a lot that he never promised her..
Anger flared up inside of her and she fought to clam it down.
Gritting her teeth and closing her eyes, she forced her paws to move.
She sat herself down and opened her eyes to see the medicine cat's den.
Her eyes went all soft just at the look of the herbs.]
"Chamomile, mint, poppy seeds, marigold, goldenrod, tansy.." she murmured.
A memory swept into her mind..
It was her, sneaking right beside the rock.
Her ears pricked high as she heard Starpelt going over these same words.
It brought a smile to her face.]

"Of course." IceStorm dipped her head to Hawkpaw as he left. She watched him veer away from Moonkit. She sighed. IceStorm turned to SilverStar to tell her about her apprentices brave offer.

[Silverstar sighed, and padded up to Icestorm.] "I have to be careful who I choose...cats could die on this journey for the remedy. It will take me some time to choose...but please tell Hawkpaw that I'll consider his offer."
[She looked up at the sky.]
"I need some rest. I'll be in my den sleeping if anyone needs me."
[She padded away warily, paws dragging slightly on the ground. She entered her den and flopped down on her soft nest, feeling sleep drag her quickly under.]

(( Let's just say Thunderpaw was moved to the medicine cat's den. D| ))
[I opened my eyes slowly. Silverstar was making an announcement...I pricked my ears, straining to hear. Suddenly my heart pounded at the thought of a journey...a journey of a lifetime.
I stood, then marveled once more at Moonkit's healing abilities. My limbs and gash felt much better. I stretched, then padded out of the den.
I saw Silverstar enter her den, seeming tired. I decided not to ask her quite yet to leave. Scanning the clearing, I saw Hawkpaw bounding towards Moonkit, then suddenly veer towards the fresh-kill pile and grab a thrush. Surprised, I flicked my ears. Something must have happened between them...
I also noticed Moonkit seemed sad again. A ripple of annoyance went through me. Hawkpaw didn't say anything to hurt her, did he?
I let out a sigh and padded up to the fresh kill pile, realizing by the growling of my stomach just how hungry I was. I grabbed a fat vole and gently sat next to him.]
"Hey, Hawkpaw," I said softly, "are you planning on leaving to fight for the remedy?"
[In my pain, I knew he had run away and hidden in the apprentice's den. I felt a strange numbness when thinking about it. I didn't really feel like he abandoned me; what could he have done? But still, the thought of him hiding away bothered me. I supressed my thoughts, showing only a drowsyness that seeped through my bones.
It didn't matter. As long as he was alright. Nothing else mattered.]
"I plan on asking to go too," I told him happily. "Moonkit's abilities exceed her; I feel much better now. I'll make sure nothing happens to you, alright?" I said teasingly.
[At least that way Moonkit can see him come home safely.]

[Brightspirit was fully aware that many cats didn't trust them, but that didn't matter. Why her and Riverfang has chosen to leave Stormclan was their own buisness. She didn't know any of the cats except for Silverstar. She didn't know whom she could trust with Riverfang and her's secret]
"Riverfang, we really should get some rest..."
[She pleaded with her eyes to let him know she needed to talk]
[He nodded, showing his understanding]
"Look, over there.."
[He pointed his tail towards a clump of bushes. Since they didn't know where the Warrior's Den was, he trotted over and curled up, sighing as his mate curled up next to him]
"They don't trust us"
[Brightspirit whispered as she laid next to Riverfang]
"We're not loners. We're Warriors. There was just somethings we had to take care of"
[She was aware no one but Riverfang was listening, but she felt the need to say that]
[He nodded, and caught her yawning]
"Go to sleep, my love. Don't worry. We've made it"
[She smiled, and promptly fell asleep]

[Starpelt padded over to were Moonkit was outside of the medicine cat den.]
"Moonkit," she said,"I would gladly take you to the Moonpool to let you become my apprentice.Now,more than ever,we need you to become a medicine cat.If we are to battle,then it's up to you and I to heal our Clan."
It's not normal to make her an apprentice at this time,but Silverstar had approved.she thought.
"All we have to do is tell Silverstar and we're off to the Moonpool.Sound like a plan?" she asked with gleaming eyes that showed her happiness.
