Birdsong
[Birdsong frowned to herself as she saw her sister and her mate pad off, talking about kits. No one knew, except for Birdsong herself, who Mapleleaf's father was, and she planned on keeping it that way. Her ears pricked as she saw the unknown cat walk away with Sweetmoon, but said nothing. Birdsong was a very trusting cat]

  Sweetmoon had stopped a little away from the camp. it was far enough so no one could hear, but close enough so that clan mates would not get worried. She turned to the tom. "Here comes Featherfoot." she said as Featherfoot approached the two of them. "ill give you two some space..." Sweetmoon said.

 SOFTKITooc: I'll overlap a tad so as not to confuse peeps. "Did I scare you?" [Oakkit cocked her head at him, half in shock, half in humor.] "No, you mouse-brain!" [Softkit hissed in response, unsheathing his claws and doing his best to hide his chattering teeth and choking breath.] [He could hear Oakkit sit down on the other side of the thick wall of grasses that protected the nursery. He could just imagine her flicking her whiskers, just laughing at him, seeing right through him.] "You know, I really don't appreciate being called a mouse-brain. You're a meany--" [softkit rolled his eyes.] "Enough, Oakkit. Did you think about what I said?" [He could hear the dark she-cat shifting around before she answered.] "We need to talk. Meet me in the icky spot." [She narrowed her eyes to slits, glowing at him from the hidden darkness.] "Don't let anyone follow you." [He sat there, staring, until the fluttering pain in his chest subsided. Oakkit's behavior intrigued him. Between the two of them, she was by far the least likely to be sneaking around.]

[Owltalon meowed in his typical monotone and stood up, giving his thick pelt a good shake. Flicking his tail for the calico she-cat to follow, he headed for the camp entrance. Together, their two-cat patrol went to hunt in the BreezeClan moors.]___________________________ . .

"Owltalon," She mewed. Her thoughts were constantly wandering to Owltalon's side, under the stars. On that one unforgettable night. And, as any she-cat, was fretting about something. Heather swiped at her pelt, and Rosewind walked at a brisk pace. "Were you scared that night? At first you seemed timid and shied away from me. Is there something you're not telling me?" She found her mew tinted with worry.

 M a p l e l e a f "Stand up for what you believe in; otherwise, you will be trampled on by those who don't."____________________________________ ((Ack! So sorry I haven't posted for so long! Geez, who knew RPing could be so time consuming?! xD))
[Mapleleaf flicked her tail in greeting at Rosewind and Owltalon, hers and her apprentice's jaws laden with fresh-kill. It's always been plentiful in newleaf. If only it were like this year-round. . . Mapleleaf shuddered at the thought of harsh, cold leaf-bare. She focused back on her pawsteps, trying not to stumble. As she watched Owltalon and Rosewind, a small flicker of jealousy flew up in her deep green eyes. I wonder if I'll ever have a mate. . . Mapleleaf thought irritably.
Since she couldn't speak, she just signaled to Cloverpaw as the padded into camp, herself dragging two rabbits and Cloverpaw with his head held high in pride at his first catch. Her heart felt like it was going to explode with pride and happiness, she couldn't surpress a purr as she watched her apprentice deposit his catch on the fresh-kill pile right slongside Mapleleaf's two rabbits.]
"You hunted very well, Cloverpaw. Now, why don't you take a quick rest, unless of course you'd like to go see mroe of the territory- or better yet, learn some fighting moves?'

 C l o v e r p a w“Fail with honor rather than succeed by fraud.”___________________________[Cloverpaw quickly thought over the idea. He kneaded the ground with his paws, feeling them crack with soreness.]
“Thank you...I think I'd like rest first, then try fighting, if it's alright with you, Mapleleaf. But a quick rest. I want to learn as much as I possibly can.”
[He purred at his last words, still happy over the fact that he finally had a mentor. He glanced at the nursery, wondering how Spadekit was, and if Dicekit was up to anything...bad, again. He sniffed, noticing that the scent of the unnamed tom that Dicekit brought into the Clan was stale. Nonetheless, Cloverpaw turned to his mentor, waiting for her response.]

Lawlz. I remember the days--in summer--where I'd do literally nothing all day but RP. @__@ Then I took about a half-year break, and here I am now. XD ))

Stupid parents are paranoid about me being in front of the computer all day. >_>))
[Mapleleaf chuckled, remembering her apprentice days.]
"Intelligent answer, Cloverpaw. When I was an apprentice, I trained as hard as I could, and I ended wearing myself out! Don't worry; I'll wake you at sunhigh, then we can continue your training."
[Mapleleaf dismissed him with a flick of her tail, watching him bounce off. She chuckled; then gazed around the camp listlessly. Jealousy pounded through her veins as she thought of Rosewind and Owltalon; she had always had a secret crush on him. She shrugged the thoughts away. Though she still wanted a mate, she obviously could wait, though she felt as if it would be forever. She grabbed a rabbit and picked at it, suddenly losing her appetite. She pushed the barely eaten rabbit away, then ate it quickly, knowing that she couldn't waste it.
She stepped out of camp, bounding across the moorland. She ran and ran, feeling as if she were flying. She came to the border with SeaClan, the river flowing swiftly between her and SeaClan's territory. She paused to leave her own scent mark, then trudged back toward camp, not wanting to go back quite yet.
She settled herself on a ridge overlooking the vast moorland, watching the sleek calico pelt of Rosewind dashing after a rabbit and the muscular white pelt of Owltalon and his luminous golden eyes. She snarled to herself. Stop it, you stupid piece of fox-dung! He's never going to be yours; he's already chosen a mate! She gritted her teeth, permitting herself to thnk no longer of Rosewind and Owltalon. She should be happy for them; after all, Rosewind was her kin.]

 Dewburst
[Dewburst padded out of camp.
No one was watching him after all.
Something pounded at his mind but he dazedly pushed the pounding away.
He raced drunkenly around Breezeclan territory.
Suddenly he was on top of a ridge, overlooking the whole territory.
He spotted Fernstream (Mapleleaf).]
"Still chasing after Rainfrost, Fernstream?" he chuckled good-heartedly.
[He saw a surprised expression on her face but she said nothing.]
"What's the matter? I mean the whole clan knows you're like in love with him." he mewed turning his glazed eyes on her.
[Something about Fernstream seemed wrong.
Were her eyes always such a vibrant green?
He shook his head clearing his jumbled mind.]
"Shame he's with Sandwing. You two would've been a cute pair. What're you gonna do?" he mewed, tilting his head in curiosity.
((Leo // Dewburst is very drugged right now and he mistakes you for another cat.
He memory is very bad and sometimes he even mistakes himself for a different cat.
The Madness has taken effect on his mind, and very badly too.
He is a little pry-ish on your love life.
Sorry, I'm curious too.

Even after my mirror's been shattered... Dicekit+++++++++++++++++++++++++ [Dicekit silently began to dream. She found herself on a flat stone, her paws seemingly bigger than usual. An eerie silence filled the air.][Dicekit flicked her ears around, and padded down from the tall stone. Once reaching the bottom, she found that she was in the breezeclan camp. Her eyes went wide in shock. There, in the middle of camp, in the place of the fresh-kill pile, was Doveflight, Spadekit, Stripedkit, and many other small pelts she could not recognize. They all shared the same cold, lifeless stare.] "Oh dear starclan...no....not these kits!" [Dicekit wailed, backing up into a cat. She turned to see Cloverpaw, his eyes wide in shock, a spatter of crimson blood strewn across him.] "Why....Why did you do this?!" [he yowled, advancing on her.] "What? I didn't do this!" [Dicekit scuffled backwards, falling back into a small pool. She looked at the water, and to her horror, it started turning red. She got up and looked at her reflection.] "No...No..." [Dicekit looked at herself. A black and white she-cat with green eyes, blood covering almost her entire pelt. Even leaking softly out of her mouth as it hung open. She turned back to Cloverpaw, whose eyes were narrowed and his lips pulled back in a snarl.] "You fox-hearted beast! You're too hungry for power!" [Cloverpaw yanked her over towards the pile of corpses.] "You are the cause of their ends. You killed them if they even considered training to be leader! You're the worst leader in the clans!" [Cloverpaw lunged at her, and Dicekit's eyes snapped open wide, huffing and puffing loudly. She looked at her paws. Clean. She brushed her pads across her chest fur and looked at them. Clean as well. She shivered.] If i do end up leader...i don't want to become leader by spilling blood. Even though my roots are twisted...i want to be the one to bring safety to breezeclan. [Dicekit got to her paws, stretching slowly.] if I was leader, cats like Doveflight wouldn't be in camp. It's too dangerous keeping a murderer like her in our grasp.
...I still see the reflection.

[Mapleleaf jumped as Dewburst came up to her. Fernstream? Rainfrost? Sandwing? Ohh. . . Mapleleaf dipped her head to Dewburst, realizing his dilemma.]
"Yes, I am still in love with him. But his mate is Rose- I mean Sandwing now, I cannot pursue him any longer. After all, I am still young, but there has always been somehting about Rainfrost special to me. I know that Sandwing is my kin, and I should be happy for her, but I can't surpress my jealousy. It's quite hard; I had hoped before Sandwing he might have realized that I loved him as well, but his observation was blocked by that grotesque monster." she snarled.
[Mapleleaf shrugged, feeling better now that she had shared her troubles with someone.]
"I'm just going to have to get over it, and live on. I know it'll be hard, but I've at least got to try."
[Mapleleaf heaved herself to her feet, her luminous green eyes casting a las glance across the moor at Rosewind and Owltalon, jealousy flickering in her heart. She flicked her tail at Dewburst for him to follow, as it was getting close to sunhigh and she needed to keep her promise to Cloverpaw.]
((Lulz, she's very optimistic and kind, btu if you get on her bad side you had better watch behind you. She's not blooodthirsty; she's just verrrry vengeful. So, yeah. xD))

''Is it wrong that I want to see my kits?!''He spat back at her.
''But Dusty they do not know you are their father!''She mewed,
''So you have not told them yet.It's been almost six moons! How come you have not told them.You want them to not have a father?''He wondered.
''No! I WILL tell them, when I'm ready.It is not time yet.''Featherfoot answered,''Is that why you came here for, to see your kits?''
''No that's not all, I've made up my mind and I want to join BreezeClan.''Dusty answered her.
''What?''She was surprised.
''I want to be a BreezeClan warrior!''He said proudly
''But you do not know the warrior code!''She exclaimed
''I know that but I'll learn, and since I'm a rogue I know some basic fighting skills.I've been watching some of your clanmates mentor,I think that's what you call it, and I've been practicing the moves they taught the apprentices, another word of clan cats.''He meowed.
''Very well. We'll have to talk to Willowstar about this.Follow me.''She led her way back to camp.
[As they entered the cats were murmuring silently to each other.]
''Willostar, may I come in.I've brought someone, who wishes to speak to you.''She said. But that doesn't mean I still love you. ((You guys like my post??))
