Kyo although somewhat content on hearing this also didn't feel right, two hours mus too much to stop to eat, he could finish eating in 20 minutes at the most, so he turned to him and said
"no, that's too much, one hour will cover it, just enough time to rest and eat"

 Kazin slowed a little, as he knew Yuzuki would hopefully catch up to him soon. Although they usually fought, Kazin hated the idea of making the entire trip quiet. Some company was better than none. His heart had been filled with enthusiasm, and he had set his main goal in life. He was going to become the next member of the Udai Council, and bring justice to those who deserved it. His eyes now burned with a passion greater than any other time in his life. He threw away the sadness, and doubt, and replaced it with passion and determination. He was bound to win this exam, and he was going to give it his all. There was nothing that could remove the smile that had spread itself clean across his face. It wasn't even out of happiness, but sheer determination for the prize. Most would be excited about a worldly prize, but this was even better in his mind.

 Kiko snapped out the map to the Udai Council, hiding it once more after she read it. This would be hard to get through to-she was sure there was a ton of security surrounding the place. Ah well, at least she knew her directions...Tsukiko Theme

I'm one Nightmare...
Yuzuki was actually closer that what Kazin may have thought, she traveled through the trees with stealth, the silent kill skills that she learned a while ago came in handy more often than not. She glanced over at Kazin and noted that his sickeningly cheerful disposition was back again, the guy was a real rollercoaster of emotions, she didn't know what to make of that. On the other hand, nor did she care, the Udai council wasn't something that she was interested in, she was more interested in carving a path to the top of the top, to prove to her Raikage that she was as sharp of a weapon as she could be, and sharp weapons were kept around. Until that message came she was going to have to be a good little puppet. Still though, she was very much interested in showing these up and hopefuls that someone like her could stand victorious above those who were gifted. She struggled for so long to get where she was, and it seemed that only the genius' and those with such talents were selected to be groomed, to crush those who were groomed after being cast aside would be slap in the face to the Jounin and Chunin of the village that she couldn't pass up on. Getting to be a Chunin herself was something that she was aiming for too. Indeed, she wanted it.
No, she needed it.
That power that was to come with the rank would serve her well in her goals, goals that weren't going to be accomplished by staying at the rank of Genin....you won't wake up from.

Kazin continued jumping from tree to tree. He knew Yuzuki would be near him by now, so he sped back up to normal speed. He didn't care whether or not she talked with him, but he wouldn't really mind as long as she didn't let her self-righteous attitude out. Kazin retrieved him map out, and gave it a thorough look as he continued to travel. Only a quick glance would be necessary, he was quick to master maps, and he only needed loose guidance anyways. He knew these forests by heart, but the rest was new to him. They were going to have to get together to catch a ride on the boat anyways once they reached the sea. They had to take a boat to get to the land of water. Kazin looked around for Yuzuki and then turned his gaze straight. "We'll have to catch a boat as soon as we reach the sea. If you want to, we can both chip in for a nice cabin. If not that's fine." Kazin figured Yuzuki was somewhere within the shadows of the trees, choosing to stay hidden. It didn't matter to him, if he needed to spot her, it was just a simple Byakugan away.

A flash of blue darted across the landscape-Kiko was trying to hurry to the Udai. Anything could happen-she could be detected-and if those bodies told her anything then the Hyuuga could kill without leaving a mark. She didn't want that....Her mind wandered to Ichi, and Kazin-she hoped they'd both be ok, and were ok...Tsukiko Theme

Yuzuki pondered over what Kazin said, she frown a little bit, they would need to get a boat wouldn't they? She would likely have enough from the amount that the old man gave her on her pervious mission, though how much the cabins were going to cost was something else entirely. She looked over at Kazin for a moment. "Why don't we see about how much the boat ride costs first and how much it is for a cabin a piece... or if they are included in the price. If its farily expensive then we'll split the costs and pair up in a room, if its a reasonable price then we can get our own rooms. I like my privacy, but I also like to eat."
Yuzuki was perioditcally glancing at her map and then continuing on with her bearings. She knew these woods fairly well, but probably no where near the extent of Kazin. Not that it mattered, she just needed to make it to the shores and the rest she could figure out when they got there. She was more focused on stratigies and her immediate surrounds more than worrying about the first boatride that she could remember. She hoped that the seas weren't too choppy. She wasn't sure how she would handle that to be honest. She hadn't been in that situation before so she wasn't sure if she should stand beside Kazin or more towards the side of the boat.
Kazin, definatly Kazin; that way she was sure to get him one way or another. It would be a literal way of showing her what she felt of all his happy feelings and thoughts.
"If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you almost look happy. Excited for a challange are we?" Yuzuki's lips pulled up under her mask into a sneer. Oh yes, this was going to be fun, she was trembling with anticipation to see what she was made of and how far she would be able to go against ninja of the other nations....you won't wake up from.

Kazin nodded, and answered back without bothering to look in the direction of Yuzuki's voice. " Of course I'm looking forward to a challenge. If you can't afford a nice room, i can loan you a little money. I brought my savings, so I have a more than enough to survive. Since you probably don't like charity, I'll give you a loan if you need it. Kazin wasn't outwardly giving her help, but he was in a good mood, and knew the importance of money. He didn't want to put a fellow cloud ninja out in the streets with an open conscious. He continued along until he spotted the treeline ending, and the shore coming closer. "Here we are. Time to hitch a ride." Kazin said, advancing towards the shore. (Posting in Sea)

Yuzuki grinned. She looked over in Kazin's direction but said nothing, this was going to be interesting. She wasn't worried about the money, though his offer was appriciated. "Thanks, but I think I can cover. The last mission I got a rather nice bonus and I didn't spend all of it yet. I should be alright. I don't need a nice room, I would just like an actual bed to sleep in is all... its been a while for sure."
She continued to bound from tree to tree as she moved closer to Kazin, still in the shadows. Yuzuki watched as the treeline broke into view, and exposed the shore she came in line behind Kazin, her black cloak creating a shapeless look to her body, infact the only thing that was avaliable to be seen of her was from the bridge of her nose and up. She slowed her pace slightly and came alongside Kazin. She looked over at the shore and grinned under her mask. Alright, time to do this....you won't wake up from. (Posting at Sea)

San hurried along-this was important, after all...Kiko streaked across the forest that spanned several countries, following her instincts and the map to the Udai Council. She just hoped she could make it there in one piece, and avenge Kazin's family for him....

Crystal was not to happy about being called a bad ninja "We are not terrible ninja's. I didn't think I would be sent out on another mission the second I returned to the village. I though I would have had a chance to grab a bite to eat and get some rest before being sent out on another mission" Crystal glanced at her team mate for minute before saying anything more "I do agree with him, 3 hrs is too long. 1 hr to rest will be fine"

The trivial things where inconsequential. Like this sword... he was just a divine wind following a divine wind, being pushed by a divine wind, following a divine wind...

The man in blue just scoffed once more. He gave a shrug and didn't even slow his pace. Every time he had to work with ninja they where like this. If his family didn't have connections with the Udai council, he wouldn't have helped out in Cloud... and now this. He loved his family dearly, he just wished they didn't have such stupid connections...
"Whatever."
As he proceeded a little bit further, he deviated from the path. A few paces after that, he knelt down next to a small shrub. Uprooting it, he revealed a small trap door. The door lead down into the darkness. There was no ladder but it didn't seem to go down very far.
"This tunnel leads directly to the Land of Iron. Screw your mission objectives. I am gonna give you the option to see this mission through like real ninja, or go on your way. It's a strait shot back to Leaf if you go now."

Kazu after a good amount of traveling, reached the forest he would have to cross before he got to the sea where he would have to cross. He was tired now and after getting into the forest, he sat down beneath a tree. Taking out his canister, he sipped on his half-empty canister of water. "Chunin Exams... I wonder if I can make it to the finals like Night..." he muttered to himself while looking up through the branches at the sky. "Hmm... who knows... Maybe," he muttered to himself.
