I'm really sorry for being so off the ball...
I'm still in the process of getting my life back together for this next semester...
I have no idea if I will be of use in the future but I will know by the end of the month and if I wont be then I will name a successor (if you all approve of me doing so) and give the majority of my items to Adonis. PS:

Where did you march?
Did you get to see Carolina Crown?
Their guard was so clean and SO fierce!
They should have taken 3rd...

I've been busy.. sorry. NO FIRST OFF THERE IS NO RULE AGAINST GOING IN COMMON ROOMS! ONLY POSTING! (Of course I may be wrong there... but I'm sure there was no rule about it. I actually go into all the common rooms not just Slytherin. I go in there to check the activity, to see how people are posting and what areas we as a guild need to work on.) I saw something about house-points so I read the thread. The way I interpreted it was that you wanted people to post in other common rooms, but to avoid loss of points you were gonna do it if they sent you their replies. I have high comprehension skills, and Angil let's face it you are known to act without asking anyone anything. So I PMed the Heads and asked them how they would feel if anyone went into their common rooms to post nonsense. I'm not going to make a long explanation: It's not needed... I'm not even allowed on the computer until Saturday. I have a stuck-up cousin who's afraid of viruses. She got pissed cause I was on Facebook.
Anyway the reason the whole thing was brought up was because I thought you were trying to bend the rules in favor of Slytherin. I felt it was unfair so I PMed the other Heads about it. Then after I got their response I decided to ask you if it would be better to ask the Heads before they get upset because you posted nonsense in their thread.. It would have meant a lot of confusion that we don't need, and I honestly have no time for. It seems as though the issue is settled: Good. I'm not trying to stir anything up, just clearing up my actions. Still it would have been nice to PM the Heads that you were planning it, instead of them getting a random message with something they didn't even understand.
Again we as Crew will fail if we don't communicate.

Once again I underestimated my schedule, so I may not be around for a few more dayts.
Oh yeah on the old issue: I could have PMed you first but then I thought it would be a whole nother issue, more PMs being ignored and I have limitted time. You have a point I shouldnt have publicized this. I keeping thinking this is Crew Only. In the future: I'll stay out of common rooms. I admit I'm a nosy person so I probably will peek in from time to time but if I have an issue or concern I'll take it up with the Head of House.
(Also I've been waiting and wondering forever on what to do with Junimaia so KT made good time.)

Icee..if you had read the wr=hole thing you would have known that I wasn't trying to bend any rules...we didn't tell the other houses because not only had we not chosen a house yet but we hadn't even got anything together and we wanted it to be somewhat of a surprise. You always get mad and accuse me of things before asking me personally, then you say there's a lack of communication, well there is and that's unfortunate..and yes it's against the rules to read other peoples common rooms. If you read something in one common room, then bring it up in your own, you may as well have posted in the other common room...KT and I had this problem a while back, and I believe what we decided was that if we can prove you read something in someone elses common room then we can take points from you, I guess we'll have to smooth it out is all. Must be hard for you being an elf when it comes to things like classrooms and common rooms and stuff cause well you were never a student and i understand. Again like I said maybe we should prohibit students from posting in the Giggling Pear, maybe then you'd understand.

Sorry for the miscommunication.
I think the rule should be with common rooms that as long as you don't post in the common rooms, or anything you read in the common rooms then you're okay. This guild isn't the most active thing sometimes and when I'm loittering around I visit everywhere...even the White Tomb.
In the future if a Head sees a conflict it should be brought through the heads strictly through PMs. What we read is what we read... We can't control what people read, but we can control what they post.
I brought that particular subject up because I thought you were bending the rules. I'll delete all the posts about it now.
As someone who's very involved in Guild Activity, it would really limit me not to be able to check in on the common rooms every now and then. Ask any of the other Heads...at times when I checked their common rooms, I would send them a PM on things that need to be editted. That way we're helping one another. I vote that the rule stands at No one posting in other common rooms, or for that matter, posting anything about another common room.
Anyway.. I don't have a common room, so I really can't have much say. But I think that the four Heads should vote on what the rule should be. I've given you guys my argument, so it's either agree or not agree.
I will not prohibit students from teh Pear because that's half the fun visiting kitchens. It also gives the newer members a chance to roleplay with the older members.

Going into other common rooms. I know I can't track if you just look but each post in a foreign common room will cost you 20 house points. Exception is for Mods only and only is for a moderation purpose (we can't all keep track of our common rooms sometimes). I know some like to post announcements in the common rooms for classes and such but I'm changing the rule to don't. Use the Student Message Board. Do not post here in the Entrance Hall without permission. You will lose points.

Well I didn't want you thinking that all of Slytherin's business was made public. In the future none will be deleted. See I comprehend things well.
Anyway on to House-Spirit. I read somewhere that mods don't have to head every event... Wait I'm getting ahead of myself.
How is House-Spirit done anyway. I never participated in it. I wasn't a member at the time when the first thing went on. Do house elves participate or anything?

The great thing about hose spirit is that there's lots of ways to do it. I try to vary that one event every year.

Um..something to do with house colors...kind as many fonts in your house color as you can, dress up your avatar, take your house name and play boggle with it..post in the even thread in your color...stuff like that.
