Alexis's eyes were only slits, but she could see the blurry image of Magnet. She relaxed at the feel of the kiss, but her upper body throbbed.
"Magnet," she mumbled. "You don't have to stay here, you know..."

moving a strand of stray hair away from her eyes, magnet moved close and whispered "im sorry i couldnt protect you" a single tear falling onto her pillow "i did my best and it wasn't good enough. i want to stay here until you are better. and i will train and train until i can fight on par with you"

Alexis's eyes opened a little more, her vision clearing up a bit.
"This isn't your fault, Magnet," Alexis croaked. "I'm the one who told you guys not to interfere. You didn't know this would happen, and neither did I. She looked at him closer and said, "Don't cry, Magnet."

Daisuke randomly walked into the hospital X'D He brought them each balloons & handmade cards that said "Get well soon." He was kinda sad that the hole night was ruined for everyone... "Shana & I didn't even get to dance that much. It was getting fun." He said.

"i will never let those i love get hurt again. not like before. and yes i said love. dammit i cant...i cant..." magnet tucks her hair behind her ear and makes a serios face. in a strong tone, his voice didnt crack when he said "as soon as you get better, im hitting the gym." he gave a warm smile to alexis. "maybe ill one day be as strong as you" he chuckled weakly. "not anytime soon though i reckon"

Alexis stared at Magnet. Did he really just say what she thinks he just said?
"Did you get any sleep last night, Magnet?" she asked. She knew she'd been unconscious the entire night, and she hoped he hadn't been worrying about her to the point of losing sleep.

Alexis blinked at him. Something like butterflies welled up inside of her when he spoke the last three words. She smiled and closed her eyes.
"...I love you too," she said before falling asleep.

Alexis was already fast asleep. She'd been holding onto consciousness while talking to Magnet, but it didn't last much longer.
Then, the Headmaster stepped around the corner, the man who resembled the twins.
"Oh," he said. "Sorry. You are Magnet, correct?" He scanned the boy. "I'm Headmaster Ouranos, headmaster of Militia High."
