Isaac nodded in reply. He then whispered the spell in Siom's ear. 'I hope it will help.' he thought.

You'll never expect what you can't see... ((UGH! Finals are a drag.))
Siom nodded after hearing the spell. "Hey, Par'il!" The elf quickly looked over to him. Siom tossed his head back as a sign to come near and Paraiimil did so. Siom spoke softly when the elf was close, but still above a whisper, anyone in the room could've heard him. "'Uyl'udith del bekea-nesstren, Thir'ku nindol oloth ulu ssussun, Lassrinn lil sluda del lil ul'plyr del lil cha'kohk, H'uena 'sohna izin nindol valyrin uss natha mayar ulu malar.' I may be able to understand it, but what do you think would be a good translation?"
Par'il stood there for a moment. 'Greatest of Elders... Change this darkness to light... Break the chain of this curse's oppression... Once again allow this kind one a chance to fight...?' Par'il's voice to could easily be heard. He looked over his shoulder, "I do not know the Joshdesu's style, but Ilyana's techniques typically require much shorter spells." He approached Ilyana, who still had her hand in flames, and spoke looking at her hand rather than her face, "Your version of the spell will be something like, 'Elder's relief - chain burden break.'" Turning to Josh, he then said, "I am uncertain of your style, but you may use either the long or short version as you see fit." The elf then lay walked over to Kayla's unconscious body. Siom rushed to her feet as Par'il lifted her from her underarms and the two men lay her on the ground. Par'il then stood a short distance from the bottoms of her feet and held out his hands, one over the other with flat palms and open hands. Without explaining anything, he then waited for the other two to stand equidistant in a circle around Kayla before he would begin the spell. He seemed nervous, yet unmoving from his decision to act as he stood there.
After helping move Kayla, Siom stood back, next to Isaac, and waited for the 'show' to start. Although he understood the seriousness and suffering of the moment, Siom couldn't help but to hold back a smile. Still, underneath these thoughts, he prayed for Kayla's safety.

Ilyana noticed Par'il looking to her hand, so she disengaged the flame. She listened to Par'il's explanation and nodded. "Yes, I do use shorter spells. But I don't normally use incantations, mental ones usually work for me." Ilyana then went and stood near Ilyana's left side as she lifted her staff and waited for the third person. She didn't seem to waver, which might've striked some of the others as odd as she was usually wobbly from hunger, but now was as lithe and controlled as what would be expected of an archmage.
Shin-lu watched from the side, not having any magical background to fall on as she rechecked her bandages for her own wounds. She looked to Ilyana and silently prayed that her power would be great in this one moment.

You'll never expect what you can't see... ((Sorry, after finals, I had a little work and have been last-minute Christmas shopping, not done yet, heh.))
Par'il stared blankly at Joshdesu's request. "If you are not prepared, we could perform the spell without you." Par'il wasn't going to wait. Without much time for an answer, he started into the spell, "Uyl'udith del bekea-nesstren, Thir'ku nindol oloth ulu ssussun, Lassrinn lil sluda del lil ul'plyr del lil cha'kohk, H'uena 'sohna izin nindol valyrin uss natha mayar ulu malar."
((Waiting to see whether Josh will join in or not.)) ((On a side note, despite that I find it amusing, one of our characters within the RP should correct Par'il about Josh's name next time he actually says it (since he didn't say it here).))

Seeing as how Par'il started, Ilyana decided to start her spell. "Elder's relief - chain burden break..." She chanted, repeating what Par'il said to her. Her rod began glowing blue as magical energy emitted from it and began to hang in the air near Kayla.

You'll never expect what you can't see... ((Forcibly stuck in a holiday hoedown.))
As the three chanted, a light blue circle appeared on the ground surrounding Kayla - the circle's border seemed to match the placement of the mages' feet. The blue aura emitted from the casters encased Kayla in a ball of blue light. With the color becoming more defined, what could be seen were black symbols resembling black chains running the course of Kayla's skin. The lines of the chains seemed to all overlap at her curse mark. Once fully in focus, elvish symbols appeared in front of each of the three around her. The symbol for 'fashka' was in front of Josh, 'yutrilanil' was in front of Ilyana, and Par'il's said 'kyonin.' 'What would happen if there weren't three casters? How would these symbols present themselves if there were only one?' were Par'il's thoughts to this. Three golden light chains appeared within the blue aura, circling around Kayla without touching her - the middle of the three chains spun the opposite direction of the other two. The black chain seemed to start breaking, link by link. As it quickly receded to Kayla's mark, the blue aura began shrinking. Finally, there was nothing more than a light glow from Kayla's curse mark. The symbols in front of each caster faded and the golden chain expanded slightly and shattered, it's golden glow fading with it without falling to the ground.
Par'il lowered his hands to his side. He wasn't really certain what just happened, but Kayla's expression seemed to show relief. He only waited for someone to say something.
Siom continued to stare for a moment. This display had met his expectations, but, for right now, there was something more important. He rushed forward, between Par'il and Ilyana, to greet the now waking Kayla. With one hand, he gently supported her head, the other grasped her hand caringly.
((fashka - force yutrilanil - intelligence kyonin - caring))
