((Mitsu, question. Should my Pokemon be at higher levels? I post frequently and it just seems like they should be a little stronger... or is it just my imagination? sweatdrop ))
Nina smiled, eyeing Sasha's Pokemon. "Yes, yours are all very adorable as well." Mihoshi trilled.

"Nina," Kasiya asked as they walked towards the gate, "why are you in such a rush to go to Vermilion?" she asked, still cuddling Seto in her arms. He purred happily, and dozed. Shocker looked on from her perch on Kassie's head, keeping watch for anything that looked suspicious.

((It was because of your egg. Eggs hatch at level 5 here too. I had to level it up so it was the same level as your other Pokemon. Otherwise you'd most likely be at the same level as Aire. 3nodding ))

Mike laughed at the comment, thinking back to his hometown, I'd very much like to go back soon. he thought to himself.
I take it you aren't too keen with your trainer? I'm really sorry. Nitro patted his back in attempts to make him feel better.
Aw, I'm sorry I misjudged you... Portabello patted the Charmeleon's back with his tail.
I'd do the same, but I'm sure I'd kill you. Laughed Titanium, waving his tail.
Meanwhile, off in the depths of the ocean, Shiver happily swam with Nightmare. I agree, Water Pokemon rule! Happily Shiver swam a few circles around the Gyrados before settling down on the ocean floor. So, what do you think of our trainers?
((This is so much more fun now that they can talk to each other!))

"I'm ready to go either way, I am in no condition to battle Surge, seeing as I don't have Brock or Misty's badge yet." Sasha felt quite weak compared to her new friends. I hope I'm half as good a trainer as Nina or Kasiya. She thought to herself as she looked at Kitsune, who happily licked her nose.

"Don't worry, Nina," Kasiya said, as they exited town and headed south. "We'll find you a trainer to battle, that'll help loosen some of that energy of yours."
"Pika pika!" Shocker cried, giving Nina a Pika thumbs up.
"It will be nice to see my mom again too," Kasiya admitted, feeling a bit homesick. At least the route's familar, she thought, as they walked on.

((Sure Willow. 3nodding )) ((Mom again. I'll be back soon. gonk )) At the mentioned of hometowns Mitsu mind flooded back to Mossdeep. she shuddered. She never really liked it here considering she had to friends at her home town. "You don't swim often do you Mike?" She asked seeing him staying away from the deeper waters.
Nightmare settled itself onto the sefloor too. I like Misu, she a very nice trainer. Mike is an awesome trainer too. I think they like each other.----- He just that way because he doesn't have any friends. The Charmeleon said as he recieve many pats and whatnot from the Pokemon suddenly feeling more accepted.

"Thanks, Kasiya," Nina said with a little smile. "And thank you too, Shocker."
Nina turned her gaze to Sabrina, who was staring ahead with her mouth open a little. "Sabrina?" she asked, and looked ahead as well.
A short, slow, pink thing was approaching them. It had a rather idiotic look on its face. "Slooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. Poke."
Sabrina let out a loud squeal. "I CALL THAT SLOWPOKE!!!" With that, she drew a Pokeball and flung it out, and one of her Pokemon came out of it.

"I'm just a little uneasy around deep water...Ever seen JAWS, Where the Sharpedo goes around and eats people? I walked in on that movie when I was 5, scarred me for life." Mike shuddered at the very though of the Pokemon. "Oddly enough, it's one of my favorite movies, I'm additcted to it."
You think they do? I'm sure Mike does, he talks about her when he thinks I'm not listening. Shiver told Nightmare, who seemed quite eager to hear all this information. Apparently Pokemon like gossip as well.
Well he certainly doesn't know how to make them. Nitro snorted.
Proton was still trying to cling to Ebony. Come on! How come I can cling to that other Pokemon and not you?

A Slowpoke here? Must be lost, Kasiya thought, watching Sabrina ready herself to battle it. Water/Psychic type...very resistant to pain...slower than molasses... Kasiya went over the facts she remembered from her many hours of studying. She'd seen many Slowpoke hanging around Vermilion, but one never appealed to her too much to try and capture one. She went around the upcoming battle, anxious to get home and see her mom.

Sasha eagerly watched as Sabrina squeaked and sent out a Pokemon. Now I get to see a Gym Leader in action, more fuel for my stragedy! She held on tight to Prickles, knowing that he will one day evolve into a mighty Cacturne.
Pretty lady send out Pokemon to fight that Sloooooowpoke! Prickles stated, fidgeting a little.
I hope she catches it, another water type would be wonderous, I really enjoy spending time with Kasiya's Vaporeon. Lightbuld admitted, happily flashing his antenea.
Kitsune walked a few steps closer Quiet guys! She's about to fight it!

 Wild Slowpoke appeared!
Level 24
Attacks: Curse, Yawn, Tackle, Growl, Water Gun, Confusion, Disable.
Mimien performed a pantomime as the Slowpoke tilted its head a little bit, its mouth hanging open, exposing two very small teeth. A moment later, Mimien shoved its hands forward toward the Slowpoke, and multicolored leaves were shot at the Slowpoke. Its brain's naturally slow reaction time delayed its attempt at dodging, and it fell over on its side. After much of a struggle, it got back on its feet. It then made a noise to signal that the pain from the attack had reached its brain.
Sabrina blinked and looked at Mimien. "...It... could be worse," she commented. "Meditate, and then give it a rapid flurry of Doubleslap!" Mimien nodded and closed its eyes, concentrating energy into itself. Slowpoke's already opened mouth stretched open a little further, and it sprayed a horribly weak jet of water at Mimien. As its eyes were closed, it didn't see the attack and had no time to dodge-- however, it was of little consequence. It had finished meditating anyway, and ran towards the Slowpoke, who was just now expressing its joy for hitting Mimien with its Water Gun attack.
"MIS! TER! MIME! MIS! TER! MIME! MISTER MIME! MISTER MIME!" Mimien said in rhythm with its Doubleslap attacks. "MIIIME!" Mimien's last slap was enough to make the Slowpoke fall over on its side, subsequently rolling on its back. It was having a large amount of trouble getting back on its feet, and Sabrina seized this chance to catch it. She quickly reached into her pocket and pulled out a Pokeball (however, she could have gone to her gym, remodeled it, and came back before Slowpoke found out how to get back on its feet), and flung it at the Dopey Pokemon. It got sucked inside...

Well Mitsu doesn't let out of my ball that much considering I don't into most rooms or houses. Nightmare grinned michevously. He wonder if Shiver knew what he was about to say.
He had some pretty rough times back home. I do wish he'd have some friends though. The Charmeleon said.
I'm a ghost Proton. Of course you can't cling to me. The Ghastly said rolling his eyes.

Kasiya's troupe marched on ahead, nearing Vermilion City. Again, thanks to Seto's ability to Cut, they were making good progress. At one point, Kasiya stopped and recalled all her Pokemon, not wanting to startle her mother when she got home. She hoped no one would be upset at her for going on ahead, but she figured she'd meet up with them - and maybe even convince her mom to make them some dinner. Smiling to herself, and eager to get home, Kasiya started to run.
