Rikku looked up at Kaiser with pure shock and amazement on her face. "What could they have possibly done to anger you as to consider something like that. Surely they have good intentions?" Slowly a mischevious glint came into Rikku's eyes as she looked at Kaiser.

Kaiser's hand nonchalantly lit on fire and the aforementioned bag of gold appeared in his hand. The tossed it at Karrot's feet. "My debt is paid... How about yours...?" He then turned to the two women he didn't know. "The smallest one is rebelling and the other two aren't smart enough to shut him up."

Karrot jubilantly picked up the bag, hand sewn by his father, and counted out ten dollars and held it out to Kaiser.
"Thank you Lord Kaiser. The other five is for letting us use your forge, Sir."
Karrot bowed slightly, and Aron did the same. Roma seemed slightly displease and remained upright.

Listening to the others she hid her smile and once they finished spoke. "Oh im reallly sorry my name is Amys and this is my close friend Egwene." She smiled at him sweetly. "I honestly dont know what to say about them, hmm."
Laughing softly Egwene looked at Amys "Darling you should know better than to get into others affairs."

" Well it should only be 600 years, after which I should have been declared Dead, Old Man" " Karrot? what are you saying.. you... were almost more yourself just now... now you're...not..." Roma smiled " Isn't it obvious? he's sticking it to the man!"

A split second later and Kaiser had traced the spell. He sent it back with a recoil roughly 10 times it's original force; enough to knock Roma almost twenty feet back. "No... he's not.. you are..." Kaiser yanked on one of his invisible threads, and all the spells around Karrot unraveled.

Karrot fell to the ground the way a marionette would when it's strings are cut. Aron ran over to him and glared at his brother.

"Aron, you and Karrot are freed of blame from this." Kaiser glared daggers at Roma. "As for you..." He pulled two more threads. The first opened Karrot's bag of holding. The second sent Roma spinning inside of it. Kaiser sinched it shut and braced it magically to serve as Roma's temporary prison.

Karrot moved slowly as he pushed himself into a sitting postion.
"W-What happened?Why... am I not..."
Karrot pulled a hole and the ground and through it, a large chunk of bedrock, the hole closed again as he set it down.
Karrot then manipulated the stone with his powers,creating his a statue representing himself as a human, then he climbed to the torso and slipped himself inside, the eyes of the statue coming to life and the body enacting fluid motions.
Karrot spoke through its mouth, his words sounding more calculated and his voice deepening slightly.
"That's better... So, Roma was manipulating me. I should have known. There have been many times lately that I have gone against my better judgement and done stupid things. Like letting Roma convince me that his 'portal' would have no ill effects."
