easiest thing I've done...although a bit time consuming...get a pokemon that has the synchronize ability, and make sure it's the nature you want...I think that will give the best results if you're not too keen on breeding...
but then again, you'll prolly end up with 15 or so Abra/Espeon/Umbreon, of every nature...
Just like ditto...
