"Most governments are," Odyn pointed out. He would know, having secretly listened in on his father's council meetings from a very young age. "Where is this Rasmal, country of miracles?"

"Uhhh... yeah..." She felt a little dazed, but nothing more. "I fall off a lot... that's what comes from... not using a saddle..." As she began to stand, a sudden rush of pain forced her back to the ground. She must have hit a stone or something... "Owww."

Karariv could not help bit smile, Garreth knew her well.
"If you recall what we were planning over the summer, I think this year's group could be a good place to start initiating the plan. Even if they are not directly involved, perhaps it would be good to test out cetain procedures and systems with this group, see how they react." she paused, all of the heads were getting bored with this school, and attendance was getting lower each year.
"I was thinking the staff v staff spar before the first weapons class would be an incentive to the students to learn how to fight better." at that point she went to the door and checked the corridor, it was empty, she shut the door and lowered her voice anyway,
"If we can get this group involved, we have a prince who could be of use to us, get him on our side without revealing our plans and we have a much better chance of success. What do you think?"

Now Nyx was actually concerned for Mariye, but, this could be a good time for bonding, and if she got close to the prince's fiance, she could get close to the prince.

The horse was calmly waiting for Mariye, it was well trained. It made Nyx sick. Horses should be wild and run free, not be cooped up in stables and ridden like beasts of burden.

Nyx looked away from Mariye and saw something that was even more worrisome than Mariye being hurt. She saw a centaur holding a bow taught, as if he were going to shoot it any second. Nyx couldn't tell who he was aiming at, but she was sure that he wasn't one of her friends.

Instantly, sheer panic took hold of her.

[[ If that centaur shoots at Nyx, Mariye should totally take the shot. Having her(/him) seriously wounded will be interesting in many awesome ways XD ]]

Mariye clutched her leg, where the pain was from. Crap. I hope I don't break anything... going to the infirmary could be extremely dangerous.

"Not hurt..." Blood was seeping through her pants. "Just a little dizzy..."

The centaur and horse cantered back into the schoolyard, where Nyx shouted for anyone to come and help, as Mariye fainted.

[ Oy. Same here. Feel free to toss around Mariye's unconscious body - she has a broken leg and a bump on her head. Whoever treats her is probably going ot find out that she's not female... and don't send anyone running up to find Odyn until I get back >_> ]

"Yeah, um..sure." Tenma said, raising up.

"Where was the last place you saw ..'him'?" He asked.

(ooc - lets make things more interesting. I'll do the centaur part, it's gonna be another long post, to make up for the lack of posts compared to others)

Karariv was glad Garreth had windows to his office, she had been standing by them when she saw a student get shot at by a centaur.
"Not at this school!" she shouted, flinging the window open and jumping out. She was carrying her two Tanto's today, perfect for this kind of fight.
She sprinted to where the two students were, one had been hit in the leg, and was on the back of the centaur student.
Nyx was already moving towards the school calling for help.
"I'll deal with him!" she shouted
Her elven sight allowed her to spot the other centaur in the trees, he had started to move away from the group, but his bow was still raised, her armour was designed to prevent arrows from injuring her, and her blades had some 'interesting' enchantments.
"YOU!" she shouted at the centaur, "Stop being a coward and come out into the open!"
She waited for him to move then continued, "I don't care what your motives are, you have attacked two students of this school, one of your own kind at that. As a Head of this school I have duty to protect these students, and right now you are making my job rather hard."
She smiled as he stepped forwards into the open,
"I am Alarin, and I am glad you do not ask my motives, since I would be unable to tell you."
"Very well Alarin, I am Karariv Silvias, also the person who will defeat you."
"You presume too much human!"
Karariv pulled her hair from over her ears, exposing them.
"I guess you don't know much about the military legends, I am one of the most feared officers of my time. You won't have time to see why though."
She moved faster than he ever could, drawing her swords and the same time, within a second the centaur was dead, killed in one strike.
Karariv cleaned the blade that had killed Alarin with a cloth she had in her pocket and sighed, she would have to talk to Nyx and Mariye about possible motives.
She dragged the body to the woods and dumped it in a bush, she'd deal with it later, right now she had to talk to the students involved.
