RanmaxHikaru Red Twin Dragon Diablo Darkfire Red Twin Dragon Well I watched the movie very closely and had to rewind it a couple of times but I totally saw a raging fire of anger in his eyes when Kadaj intruded on his sanctuary. but why is it at the beginning of the movie Tifa says that Cloud isn't there anymore. That means that he lives there so the church is his sanctuary where he can be with Aeris' presence. Oh yeah Cloud totally had a romantic thing for Aeris that’s why he called her mother stare
its no doubt that anyone could mistake aerith as their mother
I mean because she has I guess you could say that type of vibe
she's sweet warm and nurturing
and Cloud calling her mother is more of showing that Cloud sees that side of Aerith
the side of her that can take care of Cloud, since really Cloud really is just a kid and as aerith, says a big one : DI think Cloud loves Aeris as a mother which is why when he went into the life stream and felt her presents that was instinctively the first thing he said. ok so if cloud loves aerith as a mother then he loves tifa like a sister : D

Cloud never liked Yuffie O_o;
Aeris was just a cutsie girl that he loved, yes, but more so as a friend or a child-like figure. Tifa was more of the girlfriend, so love for Tifa.

xD in all seriousness, although it was obvious he liked both Aeries and Tifa, I think he cared for Tifa more.. They were friends since childhood so I think that having a past together strengthened the bond they had.

Well, he was really in love with Aeris, but now that she is gone, he will most likely end up with Tifa.

because when he said 'mother?'
aerith replied by just laughing and joking around
because if she knew that Cloud was serious and that he loved her like a mother
then she wouldn't have joked around she would've mostly like said something like 'oh I see' and just smilied
I say this because once in FF7 if you reply that tifa is your girlfriend
she just replies sweetly and says 'oh'

well, IMO at one point of the game Cloud seems to be leaning more as a friend to Tifa and likes Aeris... but his mind may change when Aeris dies..... (Blast, Haven't gotten that far yet...)
