This is the agreement between myself (Celeanor) and Metaphorical Universe regarding the usdia mare Rhythm.1) Totally and Completely Metaphorical's, she can do with Rhythm as she wants ICly, OOCly, and .. um... TFOOCly. =D 2) To reiterate, Celeanor has NO RP rights and Meta has ALL the RP rights. Breeding Rights::1) Again, really simple, Meta has full control over all three of Rhythm's breedings. 2) Reiterating once again, Celeanor has NO rights regarding the breedings of Rhythm.
Sig and Display Rights::1) Meta can create her own teepee too house Rhythm and can display her in her own sig. 2) Likewise, Cele may also display Rhythm in her sig and she will remain in Cele's teepee front page until such a time where total and complete ownership is transferred to Metaphorical Universe. In Summation::The only point of this agreement is, pretty much, too give Meta a pretty pony and still leave Cele the right to break the agreement should Meta disappear and/or leave Gaia indefinitely... or lose interest in the soquili shop entirely. I agree to everything mentioned above.^^

=I apologize for so many in one post. If the owners would like, I could seperate them all.=  Co-ownership between me and Kamiki.- I am giving her full rights with Snugs to do with as she pleases. I hold no claim to him.  Changing ownership.- I am giving Hugs to Keantha, she has full ownership over her and may so with as she pleases. I hold no claim to her.  Co-ownership between me and Auror Nymphadora Tonks(sp?).- I relinquish all rights to Shadowmere back to Tonks.  Co-ownership between me and Amirynth.- I relinquish all rights to Cadance back to Amirynth.  [Co-ownership between me and ELF. - I give ELF full ownership over Fenrir Prime and may do with him as she wishes.  [Co-ownership between me and Kamiki. - I relinquish all rights to Galinda back to Kamiki.

Co-Ownership between Lonewolf_Eyes and Angelgirl2345  -- Lonewolf_Eyes has main rp rights, although Angelgirl2345 may rp now and again as she desires -- Angelgirl2345 gets sole ownership of a basket from this soquili's first breeding, unless she chooses to co-own it with someone -- Breeding and other important decisions (such as naming and plots) are subject to Angelgirl2345's approval. Should Angelgirl2345 not reply in two weeks, the decision is soley Lonewolf_Eyes'

 I, Rhea Hyuga, Hereby grant Co-ownership of Sadiki Iah (Pictured Above) to my good friend, Yin-Bug...:Role Play Rights:..+Rhea Hyuga has All Roleplay rights, IC, OOC, and any other RP there is. ..:Breeding Rights:..+Rhea Hyuga has complete control over Sadiki Iah’s last two breedings. +Should 3 baskets result in either of Sadiki Iah’s last two breedings, Yin-Bug may receive one of the resulting baskets from one -or- the other. ..:Sig and Display Rights:..+Both Rhea Hyuga and Yin-Bug may display Sadiki Iah in their signatures. ..:Other:..+If something should happen between the owners, Rhea Hyuga shall receive full ownership once again. +Amendments may be made to this contract if Rhea Hyuga should see fit to do so. Tiger_Kisa699 Thamin Tiger_Kisa699 Thamin Co-Ownership Agreement For Gaven Between Thamin & Tiger_Kisa699 Breeding Rights:- Both Thamin and Tiger_Kisa699 must agree on any breeding partner for Gaven and permission must be posted in the permission thread for the second and third breeding only: The first breeding is entirely up to Thamin and permission from Tiger_Kisa699 is not required. - If the first breeding results in only two baskets, Thamin will receive one of the resulting baskets. - If the Second Breeding results in only two Baskets, Tiger_Kisa699 will receive one of the resulting baskets. - If the third breeding results in only two baskets, Thamin will receive one of the resulting baskets. - In the event that a third basket is available in any of the breedings, ownership of the third basket must be discussed between both participating parties. If Thamin and Tiger_Kisa699 receive the third basket, ownership goes automatically to the co-owner that did not receive a basket due to the agreement above. - Any Mare Gaven may be Lifemated to may be decided only by Thamin. - The act of Lifemating must only be approved by Thamin. - Both Tiger_Kisa699 and Thamin have the right to relinquish breeding rights during any individual breeding raffle. Display Rights and OOC Rights:- Both Thamin & Tiger_Kisa699 have full display rights and OOC rights. RP Rights:- Both Thamin and Tiger_Kisa699 have RP Rights. - Neither Thamin nor Tiger_Kisa699 may interfere or post in an RP started by the other Co-owner unless permission is given by the Co-owner Participating. (For example: Thamin Starts an RP with Gaven and another Soquili. Tiger_Kisa699 May not post in this RP as Gaven unless Thamin gives Permission and vice versa.) Notes on Breeding And RP- Thamin has already set a personality for Gaven. Tiger_Kisa699 may not change it or have him have multiple personalities. - Thamin already has a breeding planned with Antigra’s Fluorite. Tiger_Kisa699’s permission for this breeding is not needed for this breeding to take place, as Thamin has planned, acquired permission, and begun attempts before the co-ownership was made. Notes on Contests:- Tiger_Kisa699 May not enter Gaven into any sort of contest (RP or any other sort that may change him in any way) without first consulting Thamin. As Gaven is no longer breeding with Fluroite many points of the previous agreement are now void and thus must be amended. .::. Co-Ownership Agreement Amendment .::. Breeding Rights- Neither Tiger_Kisa699 Nor Thamin need to post permission in the breeding Permission thread for the other co-owner's breeding to take place.
- Each Co owner may win only one of the first two breedings for Gaven.
- For each co-owners breeding they may choose whomever they wish to breed Gaven with on their own without permission needed from the other co-owner.
- Both co-owners may try for their breeding at any time. It does not matter who goes first or second.
- In the event there is a third basket in either of the first two breedings and the owner of the father allows either Tiger_Kisa699 or Thamin to decide where the basket goes, the basket automatically goes to the co-owner that did not get a basket from the breeding.
- Any Mare Gaven may be Lifemated to must be agreed upon only by Thamin.
- The act of Lifemating must be approved only by Thamin.

I agree with the changes.
Through our co ownership agreement and Tiger_Kisa699's ownership of her own fully owned soquili gifted to her by Dixie and Roniel Revenge, Tiger_Kisa699 relinquishes any and all rights to Gaven. Full ownership of Gaven returns to me (Thamin).

Rp Rights:
Ronso has Rp rights while Summ may feel free to RP him OOC in the thread :3
Breeding Rights:
Ronso has full control over breeding rights and potential mates while Summ has no rights.
If and when Aesch breeds, Summ will recieve one of the baskets from the first breeding and, if there is a third, Ronso will take the third unless the other parties mare is co-owned which then the last basket will be discussed. The second and third breeding baskets, if any, will be discussed between Ronso and the mares owner(s).

Co-Ownership of Amerlei X Ciardha Spawn--  ::Rp Stuffs::- Both Novii & Swirly have full OOC Rights - Novii has full IC Rights - Swirly is also having IC Rights if need be, but it’s highly unlikely as her herd is covered in dust and cobwebs. :: Concerning Breedings ::- We have equal baby-rights. - We agree on all possible mates for this Soq. - Example:: Unless one or the other posts saying that they do not want to be included in that pairing (when posting the agreement for the couple in the mates/permissions listing) then it will count towards both of our two pairs for that month/raffle/whatever. - Example:: Novii roleplays the co-owned Soq with a mare/stallion that Swirl's not keen on: When they go to post permission for the pairing in the mates/permissions listing, she will put that this breeding will not affect her in any way. Even if a third basket were to come into play, it could not and would not go to Swirl. :: BIG STUFF:: - Lifemating - Eldering - Skinwalkering We must agree on all of the above.
