Hello! So there are some changes that you will need to make before I can accept your character. He's a bit too overpowered for this RP so you will need to tone things down some more.

Since tearing things apart is a very disruptive ability, hopefully you won't have him tearing things apart? There's very little one can do to limit that ability so that just means you'll have to RP responsibly.

As for the fire, you will need to mention how much he can control. We don't want to give characters full control of an element since there have been some people who have abused it. So, you will need to explain how much fire he can control and how long he can control it.

As for regeneration, you should probably mention his regeneration rate. How much faster is it than a human's regeneration rate?

Tearing things apart and fire power are both very strong abilities. You will have to super limit them if you want to keep them both or you will have to pick one of them and either get rid of the other completely or limit the other so it's not so powerful.

You will need to change the second flaw. He can't be "sometimes" cold and blunt. A flaw is something that follows the character around throughout the RP. You will either have to get rid of the sometimes so he is always cold and blunt, or you can change the flaw to something else.

So once you make the changes, just quote me and I'll take another look. You're always free to look at the Resources for better characters and coding subforum. It gives a lot of help with character building. ^^

Okay, so how can fire transport him to another place? And can the fire hurt anyone?

Also when you think about a broken limb usually takes about 6 weeks to heal for a normal person and you're saying that his broken limb can be healed in about a few hours. That is a really fast regeneration rate. You might want to consider toning it down. Like maybe a scratch can heal and be gone by the end of the day, but when it comes to broken bones, that should at least take about a few days instead of a few hours.

You are not quite there yet. It can't be a flaw if he SEEMS unpredictable. It's either he's unpredictable or he's not. And being unpredictable is very tricky to RP. Why don't you give me an example of how he's unpredictable so I know what you mean by it?

Being a heavy smoker when stressed can be a flaw if he gets stressed easily. Because it's not a flaw if he never gets stressed because we will never see him smoke. Also, if you choose to make him a heavy smoker that means you would have to have him suffer from the typical symptoms a smoker would such as a smoker's cough or frequent or recurrent lung infections and other diseases, such as influenza, common colds, bronchitis, and pneumonia or a hoarse voice and all that stuff since those are usually the results of smoking which is why it makes it bad and thus a flaw.

And like I said before, in the Characters - Doing it right as I've mentioned in my other posts, there is a LONG list of flaws to choose from if you're still having trouble picking a flaw.

Well usually there are a lot more issues with smoking than just a cough. I kind of assumed you knew some of them.

If he does it often, then there should be signs of more issues with smoking. If it's just a cough, well that's just making it really pretty and nice for him. As I said before, there's the frequent issues with the flu, and common colds, and pneumonia. Since it's winter, it's possible for him to be susceptible to that.

There is also bad breath and yellowing of the teeth, or loss of taste and smell, low tolerance for exercise and fatigue, nicotine-stained fingers and teeth, premature aging and wrinkling of the skin, shortness of breath and difficulty breathing, smoky-smelling clothes and hair.

It's because of those symptoms that make smoking such a flaw. We have a few people who smoke in the school, but most of them don't have it listed as a flaw or they filled up the at least three flaws requirement and added smoking in as a detail. If you want to use smoking as a valid flaw for your bare minimum, then it'll have to be more troublesome than just a cough.

And you can't have him SEEM unpredictable. Seem means that he appears to be unpredictable but there's a possibility that he's not. So you should just get rid of SEEM and just have unpredictable as a flaw. For it to be a flaw he has to be unpredictable usually or on a daily basis.

Alright, just quote me again if you think you have it. Pretty much all you have to do is get rid of the SEEM and make sure to roleplay him as unpredictable and add a few more if you're going to really use smoking as one of the bare minimum flaws.

Like I said, the resources subforum is always there to help you and you could always add more than three flaws if you're not sure if something you've added is a flaw.
