"So, anything about your godly parent that you hate?" Seth asked, breaking the silence. He knew that would bring back a few dreams of his, and he hated those.

Luz shook her head, "Not really, what is there to hate? What about you?"

"Well, the dreams i guess." Seth admitted. "But I love our awesome battle skill. Of writing fast." he added, joking. It wasn't exactly the best skill, but it would help.

Luz laughed softly, "well let's just test your battle skills," she said as a monster lumbered out of the trees to the two of them and charged. She took the rose out of her hair and it transformed into her sword, she gestured that he could make the first attack.

"Well won't this be fun." Seth said, rather boredly. The last time he had used the sword, he had kill a few hellhounds to get some people over the border. He walked foward, holding the sword, and dodged the monsters first attack. He then stabbed at it, but made sure it wasn't a fatal wound. "Go ahead, your turn." he said.

Luz darted under the belly of the great beast and plunged her sword where it's heart should be, twisting the sword sharply.

"Well, one thing setting her away from Aphrodite." Seth muttered to himself, then dodged the monster's flailing arms. He then swung at the creature's head, cutting it off. "Sorry, I couldn't resist." he explained, as the monster disintegrated.

"Oh, great." Seth said sarcastically. He didn't exactly enjoy fighting, but he found it soothing. "So, wanna keep walking?" he asked, not wanting to stand in dusty monster remains.

Luz nodded and they walked on through the forest, "so are you just a summer camper or a year round camper?" she asked Seth, looking over at him.

"I don't know yet." Seth admitted, still walking. He wasn't sure if he would excepted back into his family, or if he actually wanted to go home yet. "What about you?" he asked, walking.

Luz sighed, "probably just a summer camper, if I went year round I would miss my family too much."

"Wow, you're still close to your family? I'm guessing you didn't come here because of a monster attack." Seth said, sighing a bit.

Luz shook her head, "no I did come here because of a monster attack. At the mall some of my closest friends transformed into monsters and chased me here. My family knows that I'm here because the satyr explained everything to them and their okay with it." Luz looked at him and asked, "so what's your story?"
